tier 4 class catalyst sector gone for TBs as well. I used that for gold and to try and get the tier 5 catalysts I needed for leveling. I get you're trying to push people up a ladder to next tiers, but don't take away all lower tiers in that process...
Man, that was such a weird decision, just put them where they were, i would actually suggest to add 4 star shards too, and no im not kidding, lower tier crystal shards are worth so much for the ISO alone...
