Why are we banning attackers in war now?

So the one part of the game where I play the best at won’t let me use ghost rider or my Deadpool… what’s the point of this game if I can’t use my characters for a WAR!?!?

    That’s what I understood but didn’t know in which tier people are banning Deadpool and ghost rider. If you are talking about CGR, then he is not even tactic this season.

    Understand your confusion. If this is your first time in tier 5, then yes opponents can ban 3 of your attackers.

    You can as well. The officers can ban select attackers for opponent team during placement phase. If they don’t select bans, the game automatically bans some attackers. I am guessing that’s what happened with your opponents. They probably didn’t pick bans so game randomly banned CGR and DP.

    Wars on the hard map (tier 9) have 3 random bans on both sides. There shouldn't be bans, but there are. 2 wars ago I got specifically targeted by the random selection of Sersi and Jane being banned 😂

    I did report it to kabam because there shouldn't be bans there.

    Banning attackers and using attack tactics against defender tactics is normal for Tier 5 and higher. For Example we play with 7 banned attackers.

    If they're tiers 6-9, then the alliance can't choose bans, so anyone can be banned at random.

    I agree, what’s the point of obtaining champions, then not being able to use them, if they’re “banned”, which BTW, I am unable to find in game. Is this feature not working now?
