Thoughts on him? Havent heard much besides a temporary resurgence when Onslaught first released.

Unduped hes probably not much, but anyone like him enough to r3 him duped?

Could be a nice defender in the right metas.

    He’s fine unduped, just takes a few more secs to ramp up.

    I have used in 7* duped havoc. a bestest counter of onslaught and very useful in AW

    He is a great defender since most new techa don't have armor up buffs.

    Dust's sandstorm counts as energy damage if I recall correctly which builds plasma charges super fast.

    Havok is a specialist champ, IMO, but a very, very good one. When he’s got a good matchup, Havok wrecks it. If I can dupe mine, definite r3 candidate.
