So hard to access support

So as you can see from the title, why is support so hard to access. I’m not a new player by any means (been playing since the game almost came out) but this is the first ticket I’ve put in for quite a while. Every time I click the link in my email to check the status of my ticket it brings me to a link for Zendesk. I understand this is probably the system kabam uses but every time I try to login it says password is not valid. For almost every single one of my accounts I use like the same password. The only way I’ve been able to access my tickets is by resetting my password. Additionally the link in my email always brings me to the images below. Whenever I click agent sign in I’m brought to another page that’s invalid or my password won’t work.

    @JLordVileJ we need to login to see our tickets. I actually just figured it out. For some reason I thought I was asking for my google sign in and that kept messing with my password autofill

    Agree, hate that annoying alternate “Google Signin” box, especially for websites with accounts I have that are NOT TIED to my Google. And until recently have NEVER even been offered to login using Google.
    Sometimes it's a separate Google Login pop-up box that will even be pop'd up on top of the actual site's login buttons/fields.

    Google taking over more of the world.

    *similar to when “FACEBOOK Login” was used for so many things (including LINE Chat App people like to use for the game here), I think Facebook eventually did away with that for so many of those sites (maybe all of them except FB itself ?)

    I personally log in when using support but you don't need to as far I knew? Just email

    Oh to see status. Either way, when they respond it will get sent to ur email but I see why you might want to check anyway
