Hello I have sent more than one support request in the past two days about an accidental purchase I made in game. All I want is to refund and get my resources back but no one has gotten back to me or my support ticket. Is there anyone on here than can help?

    Check your deleted folder or junk folder same thing happened to me, and they messages were piled up there, even though they were coming straight into my inbox at first.

    Responses can take 24-48 hours....Sending more tickets won't help. You aren't the only one sending in support tickets.
