Bug with units deal

Hi. Just bought the $29.99 special unit deal and haven't got it.
Anyone else having the same issue happened?

You don’t get anything if you’re talking about the one for people at lvl 60 right now. You get units when you hit each lvl between 61-70.

Yeah... almost got me on that deal as well. You get units when you level up, but you dont get teh 10k units until after a year. I'm pretty sure that they said on the Twitch stream that it would take over a year to lvl to 70
