units in the negative?

in General Discussion
i'm not sure entirely what happened, i woke up and entered the game with a -1,999 "pink units" or collector credits. and it says i can't spend in game units anymore, or buy offeres. which is fine i guess for now but the only option it's giving me to get rid of said problems is so buy a $99.99 deal in the shop to convert them into usable units. not sure when this will go away if it ever will. need help please share information on how to get out of this pickle. thanks so much! any feedback would be helpful

    Negative units are refunded purchases so to get out of negatives u have to purchase the amount spent

    Did you do a refund through Apple or Google directly and not through Kabam?

    super weird, i didn't refund purchases through apple or through the game...

    If you made multiple purchases, maybe Apple/Google “smart detection” automatically refunded one, thinking it was an erroneous duplicate (or fraud on your account).

    So you might not have manually requested a refund of one, but might have happened behind the scenes anyways,

    This just happened to me as well. I had over 3,2k units that was both earned via grinding and purchase and some how I lost all from an unauthorized refund and I am being told I need to buy my -499 HOLE OUT AND START FROM 0? GTFHO!
