Not sure if this is why it happens, but I had this in the past with other special calendars. It seems that whenever I was in game before the 7pm EST (or 8pm EST due to daylight savings) and 7pm EST came and went, I never got the calendar. I would see the normal popups that show the monthly calendar rewards, but not the special one. So I would restart, etc. but it would never appear until the next day after 7pm EST. So whenever I expect these special calendars to drop, I always make sure i am not in the game, or even on in the background (close all my apps) before 7pm EST. i did this for this calendar and had no issues.

Folks, when an issue is this widespread, it will obviously get resolved. You don't have to panic like you're being singled out or unfairly cheated or something. It will be fixed.

Today morning I got notification shows me to claim your free champ when I entered game I saw there's no calendar.
