  Yes. You just shouldn’t contribute to Banquet until you have been in Alliance for 14 days.
  
  So, while Banquet will START prior to your 14 days being met, you will just have to wait some # of days before you should start to do the Banquet stuff.
  
  So don’t start Banquet stuff prior to that, thinking that your missed points will “magically” show up once you meet the 14 days. They WON'T.
  
  Only points contributed afterwards will start to count for you.

  So i can start making points on 28 of December if i change my alliance today? Is this correct? 14 days from now is 28 of December right?

  If you go to the alliance banquet event (when it starts) there is normally a countdown timer until when you will qualify to contribute. I’d suggest not buying anything in store either until that point that could contribute to scoring.

  Changing alliances at this point could be seem as if you have been looking for a more banquet focused alliance to maximize your rewards. Usually these type of alliances have a very strict unit spend requirements. Make sure you remind your leader and officers you haven't contributed in the banquet event because of that countdown timer to prevent any accidents of being kicked out
