Gray screen of death on my phone

I experience a sudden Gray screen on players and background but not on the data related to the fight .
it's happen today during an Alliance Quest. My team is very strict and it will be consequences. I attached a screenshot to that message.

    I am experiencing the same thing when fighting spiderham in any aspect of the game but only against him.

    It is an issue with fighting Spiderham. I experienced as well in the Monthly Event Quest.

    I should give my information

    Device: Google Pixel 6a

    OS: Android 15

    Carrier: Mint Mobile

    WiFi or Cellular: Both

    Game Version: 48.0.0

    Story Mode: Event Quest (Appears to happen in multiple Game Modes though by description of others)

    Champions Affected: All

    Active Boosts: None

    Description of Issue: When Fighting Spiderham screen is Greyed Out and you are unable to see anything except HP and Special; Activation Buttons

    Same here. Same fight against Ham in 1.2 of EQ. I tried twice with the same result, so I restarted the app and got the same result. Spent a full energy refresh trying this, and had a 15% boost on during the 1st run. Be nice to get those items back...

    I had the same thing -- fighting Ham in the monthly quest, the full screen was gray except the combatants' health bars. I tried to back out of the fights, but my two fighters were KO'ed. I'm rebooting my phone, a brand new Google Pixel 9 Pro XL, so I can try it again.

    This is pretty widespread at this point, happens with Nimrod too.

    I guess for those that had expiring revives, they might as well be used in EQ

    RIP arena though (somewhat)

    Nimrod vs Ham in Area and about 90% of the fight was gray screen. I thought I did pretty good getting Nim down to 20% health before I got KO'd. At least seeing these posts confirmed it's not a phone problem.

    So.. it was cute when it happened in AQ.. against Piggy, but it just happened in AW!! That's not amusing 😑.. Happened against Nimrod.. like, I somehow actually won the fight.. but now I'm at 1% and have to heal fully from 1% - that's a ton of loyalty or units guys.. I'm gonna need comp for this, but worst of all is we are competing in Season AW and now I'm shook it's gonna happen again and I don't know which defenders it will happen on.. Serpent? Who knows?

    Happened on me too on Event Quest when fighting against Spider-Ham. Lost a champ. 90 Units gone to trash. :(

    I just finished my AW run and miraculously lost no bonus, but it cost me a lot of potions.. this is actually grounds for suspending AW as well imo.. this is crazy - uploading and posting full footage soon

    I'm almost to Cerastes on 8.3.6 and I'm stuck at Nimrod because of the gray screen. I sure don't want to go the other directions and make Cerastes harder, but I'm gray-screen stuck.

    Has anyone submitted a support request about this? What did they say?

    It's the new node you have to reach a high amount of units spent on revives before they will let you see the fight
