I was playing the game in my phone and suddenly previous night I saw that my account got banned for 30 days for using third party site.. where I was playing in my phone . I just want to know why I got banned? My id is = Noizzyyyy

Man you guys picked the wrong month to get banned...

Except all the people that actually got false banned by kabam…
I would like to be assistant cop with Kabam Crashed, it seems fun to check data and bust criminals.
Now, it is possible to get banned without cheating, as most people think of cheating, because some of the rules aren't what many would consider cheating. Most people think of cheating as something like modding the game to become immune to damage and then walking through the Abyss. Or maybe hiring a merc to clear content.
But there are in actuality four major categories of ways to get perma banned in the game that I'm aware of. They are:
1. Using any third party software, tools, or techniques to alter the game play in any way. Presumably to gain some sort of advantage, but Kabam does not have to demonstrate what that clear advantage is, because that's often difficult to determine. The tampering itself is enough.
2. Running the game in any unsupported environment, including emulators. If the game isn't directly supported by one of the app stores or channels that Kabam itself distributed the game through, that's prohibited and can lead to a ban. This is most commonly interpreted as the "do not use emulators" rule, but of course it is not always easy to prove the player is using any one specific emulator. They often simply detect the game isn't running in a totally kosher environment, and that can trigger the ban. The idea is playing in an environment like an emulator in theory gives the player unlimited control over both the game and how it works, which means it is often difficult to prove cheating is or is not happening on such platforms. So the platforms themselves are prohibited.
3. Account sharing. You are not allowed to let someone else play your game. This includes hiring a merc to clear content, letting your alliance mates do war fights, anything like that. If they catch you, they can ban the account. Part of the reason is the whole "I didn't do it" excuse. I didn't mod the game, my alliance mate modded the game. I just asked him to place my defenders. I am 100% clean. Everyone is responsible for whatever happens in their account, because only you are entitled to play it in the first place. If you allow a cheater to play your account, you're responsible. And if you claim someone else did it, well, you're guilty of account sharing. Adios.
4. Extreme abusive conduct. At Kabam's discretion, they can kick a player for any reason they see fit, and this has happened for players who were exceptionally abusive on the forums or global chat. Harassing or threatening other players or blatant extreme content postings on the official forums have in very rare cases gotten players not just banned from the forums but from the entire game.
This causes many players to think there's some wiggle room for appeal here. They know they did something wrong, but no ban happened so they got away with it. Then days, maybe weeks later they get banned "out of the blue" and think that Kabam made a mistake and they can appeal. But no, it is probably just the ban catching up with the player.
There is no statute of limitations on bans.
