This is a 2 part and maybe someone can help.

How do i find out how long I've been playing this game?

I have submitted a ticket already but I'm sure someone knows the answer here. I have defintely been playing more than the 8 years required to achieve the Veterans title. I got the summoners title that said been playing now than 2 years.

I started playing this game on the same account before i stayed nursing school. I graduated a an RN in 2016.

I know it's not the biggest thing in the world but i like that title and have been playing long enough to achieve veteran status.

    Look at ur first achievements on google play. No one will tell u the date u started cuz its a security question for ur acc

    Perfect. Thanks for that man. So it says my first achievement is Jan 4th 2015. Def more than 8 years and coming up on 10

    If you’ve been on same account for 8 years, definitely should not be getting the 2 year Title.

    **But, the VETERAN Title is *NOT* just 8 years.
    It is for since the very beginning, initially, December 2014, so 10 years.

    (whether for exact release date that month, or December as a whole, maybe different for Banner vs Title. But not 8 years)

    But that's achievement is also just the first quest completed. Not when i joined. I'm thinking my join date was on December if my first completion was Jan 4th

    I imagine you probably would have done your first quest on that very same day you started.
    (not sure if Tutorial might actually force you to do one even ?)

Hopefully, that will clear it up for anyone still wondering why they didn't receive the title/badge even though they started playing in 2014.

    That's helps a lot. Again disheartening especially being so close. But rules are rules. Thank you guys for the explanation and clarification.
