We could announce the details, or we could get endless free advertisement every single day in every single channel about how excited players are to learn the details. :D

In all seriousness though, the only things that need to be known in advance are the start time, which has been announced, and the Alliance lockout, which remains the same as last year. You must be in an Alliance for two weeks before you can contribute to Alliance points or earn Alliance rewards. That means you want to move to your Banquet Alliance before the event starts.

The worst part is once again the lack of acknowledgment at all from Kabam.

    Not one word.

But whatever, radio silence is the new (old?) norm.

    Why does it even matter?...
If it doesn't to you, then there's the door. Bye Felicia.
It obviously doesn't matter to them to release early either... You are being the Felicia here...
You bring out the radio silence as if this was a case of wrong doing towards a player and sweeping it under the rug...
Oh I get now, you are the same dude that started a post about not getting answers on an issue that was beat and posted to death . Yeah makes total sense
Actually my post was about this exact thing. The team known for poor communication, who acknowledged the poor communication, then promised better communication, not doing even minor basic communication on posts that are clearly important to a large group of customers who are waiting to spend in game and monetary resources and just want an idea of what they are spending those resources on ahead of time.

If being ignored is your thing that's great. No judgment. But for others it's not.
Well if you are so upset about this, and they don't release the contents of the crystals... I guess you would have the integrity and spine to stand for your principles and not buy a single banquet crystal or even participate on the event .. I mean you are claiming such wrong doing and how it affects you . Seems only fair that you stick it to them right? Otherwise you are just being whiny about not getting your way kicking and screaming in the candy aisle..
Bro, you’re the guy that’s always talking about how global is so toxic yet you’re being toxic right now.
No I always said its a sewer....
You are the guy who told me to get out and by Felicia... And now you calling me toxic?..🤣
Don't throw the first stone and cry about it later...
Actually that was me. You got so many haters you can't keep them straight 😂😂
    Dang you are right
One queality I got at least I recognize and own mistakes pretty quick...
Well part of that post is real though. I always say global is a sewer.

At any rate, I checked with the team and players can expect full details on Wednesday.
    @Kabam Crashed
These posts were sarcastic. We didn't get the information when the "event details" would be dropped. We could have expected it and waited, but it was painful to check and be disappointed everyday—not just by the lack of event info but also by not knowing when the detail would drop.

Anyway, thanks. I can now look forward to Wednesday peacefully

And just to clarify for those in later timezones, Wednesday means Thursday! Assuming it's the usual time, 6pm GMT, then adjust for your timezone. Because you know there will be several posts of players from India expecting a midnight Wednesday morning drop.

Can we expect war rewards to be released in time before banquet starts then? If the cooldown period is two weeks there will almost be no time to switch alliances between end of war season and start of banquet

Thanks for the info but on the live stream u guys said u made the mistake of banquet vs necropolis last year. By not releasing banquet info, you have done exactly the same this year with a large portion of the community holding off on the necropolis challenges until they know how many resources they need for banquet millstones. Again though, thanks for a date atleast for now.

War rewards have very consistently come out the morning after the season ends. Last season was an outlier because of the canceled war. This season has run just fine, so there is no reason to believe that rewards will be delayed unless something entirely out of Kabam's control happens and therefore there is no reason for them to communicate war rewards timing at this stage. Everyone "should" have rewards about 24-36 hours prior to the start of banquet.
If AW rewards and banquet timing was that big of a concern, then it would've made sense to move alliances prior to or during this season so there would be no possibility of an issue. At this stage, it is possible that you may have to sacrifice one for the other, but again, that's only if something horribly unexpected happens that nothing can really be done about.

I've been looking forward to this event all year. The lack of info and even an ETA on when we'll get it has just sucked all the hype out of it for me. I don't understand why Kabam thinks it makes sense to not keep us informed. Really bad comms strategy on this event.

I'm sure many will disagree and that's fine, but knowing what the rewards are, and planning which champs I'll use the rank up materials on, is a massive part of my enjoyment in this game.

Massive L for the community team here.
Did you read his other post where he gave the date for the info release?

It was me ofc, kappa claus deluxe, thanks for the reply!

Interesting that GPTZero flagged it, but you can tell this isn't AI generated, or at least not by any of the major publicly accessible AI generators. It is a bit too context aware of MCOC, which most generators aren't without a ton of prompting.

However, it feels like the author structured this after something or somethings they are familiar with, using other text as a template, much like someone might create parody lyrics. I suspect GPTZero is keying on that, and stuff 21st century humans tend not to do but text generators often will because it is in training data. The hanging long hyphen, for example. GPTZero is probably noticing that, and it is designed not just to detect wholly generated AI text, but also flag when it is possible someone took generated text and then embedded it in a larger work.

I could be wrong, but "even the strongest of rosters" feels human. It is non-sequitur to the rest of the work, but makes perfect sense within the context of an MCOC player.

I was thinking that op had written their own version and then put it into chat gpt to reword/restructure and the changes were significant enough to flag it
