XP Boost

Is anyone having trouble gaining XP Boost. I have used the 40% increase and my bar does not move. It’s been like this for four days.

If talking 60-61 xp boosts wont help u here as the xp needed is so great u could use all them and still wont be leveled up and refine doesnt get the bonus of xp boosts
