10 Year Challenges - Vox R2 > Adam R1 ???

Hello everyone,

Hoping to get some feedback and advice from any players that have done the 10 Year Challenge Carina.

Currently I have an Awaken R2 Vox and an Unawaken R1 Adam.

I don't find Adam fight style suit me much as it is so dependant in AI, so if I have to rank up Adam, it is most likely just for this challenge, and really wouldn't want to waste resouce if possible.

So my question is, would a Vox R2 work, I guess the 2 main fights I'm looking at would be, OS and Psycho-Man.

I hear that OS Incinerate (even if Auto Block fail) would still tick quite a bit of health on Vox.

    If you are using Wong, he can solo omega sentinel
    I used both Adam and Vox against psycho man and took like 10-15% with Adam and the rest with Vox (around 40% per try)

    Hi @jcphillips7 , sadly not, I only just pulled him recently, but no dup yet. 😔

    Maybe if I super luck I would dup him in the next couple of weeks before my run.

    Off topic but how good is R2 duped vox for the challenge? Mostly need him for psycho man and capfalcon, my alliancr mates suggesting me to use gamora but I really don't think she can do much against capfal (Im not good at using wong aganst him, did mostly with juggs in my completion run).
    Also is symbiote supreme a good idea for aarkus, airwalker and nova along with void, again r2.

    Gamora is useful for psycho, but not for sam. Wong can take him down.

    And yeah, sym supreme is great. Wiccan works as well, I'll personally use Wiccan over sym super for those fights.

    Sam is easy with wong
    Just build around 2.9 bars of power, do your unblockable sp2, then just hit him 1-2 times and do your sp1
    Once you get the 9 spells just spam sp2
    Wong can solo aarkus, airwalker and nova too, so I would recommend taking Wiccan for the synergy

    @captain_rogers @Folkvangr thanks for the insight, the synergy makes sense, so should I replace iron heart if I'm bringing wong? Or should I keep her for wiccan fight and replace symbiote supreme.

    My main goal is just to not lose my sanity by getting walled and save revives.

    I soloed Wiccan with wong too, even though I was unlucky and he threw his sp1 like 4 or 5 times

    So I haven't done the challenge yet, but from what I have seen on YT stream and great advice from the forum.

    My plan is a team with

    Wong (main work horse)
    Wiccan (for synergy, maybe help with Aarkus, and GM)
    Iron Heart (for Capt Britain, maybe Apo and GM extra back up.
    Photon (for Wiccan, I'm not sure if she can do Tigra and Dragon Man)
    Vox (for Psycho-Man)

    You can just use Wong for Wiccan as well. Build up your healing first and try not to let him use the special 1, but even if he should use it a few times your damage is high enough to still get him down in 1 go.

    Vox is a great choice. I used him in my initial runs last year when he was only R2 and unawakened.

    This run, he soloed Psycho Man, Nova, and Cap Falcon and almost got the solo on Omega Sentinel (the incinerates got me) and CAPIW (the fight threw me for a loop initially and my degens kept getting purified). I used Pig for Tigra, and I think Wong did all the other fights including Apoc. Wong is going to do most of the heavy lifting.
