Has there been any guides yet posted for this one? For any brave souls that attempted the worst carina challenge (not surprisingly the one by MSD lol). Only guides ive seen are for mutant, gods, carina challengers

I’m did it and it’s not as bad as people think. You NEED Fantman, he’s the mvp of the run. Max that man out. Odin is easy with Kushala, Chavez is great for Claire, keep Atleast 2 purple dimensions to reverse the power gain and when she’s goes into death touch use her long heavies and specials to wait it out. Kushula can also work but not as easily. Fantman is great for shang chi, squirrel girl, silver centurion, and spiderman 2099. Anyone can take that sunspot. Watch MSD’s stream if you need to know how to do a specific fight. Otherwise if you have questions about a specific fight let me know.

lol you need to plan on using some revives. Use Fantman and Don’t block his basics or you’ll get ruptured. You’ll need to block a few special hits to remove his power gains I didn’t bother trying to build up disintegration debuffs I just spam sp2 while his power detonation is active for the burst damage. It’s basically a dance to stay alive and chip him down.

As someone who has been on this fight for 40 minutes and spidey is still above 65% health, that is stupid difficult to even try because 1 dex and then wither comes to eat your dimensions. So you have to shallow dex while building up dimensions and it even fell apart for me midway and I ended doing 4% of his health.

The literal strategy is just Chuck revives at it, you can dex to remove wither if you feel like parrying, but this fight is the literal worst fight in all of necro, and we get the literal worst roster of champions to fight it.

Actually got the Chavez cheese this time and even then, from a boosted r3 Chavez, that is only 1 mil health in damage because once you're out of charges, you can't reverse his power gain anymore. You're looking at 7 revives minimum with a r3 Chavez if you get the cheese everytime and dependant on your crit rng

I also had a hard time with the Chavez cheese. I got 10% off this way but like you said it’s not as easy as it sounds. Fantmans sp2 deals direct burst damage so bypasses the annoying resistance ups. So I was able to do the most damage per attempt with him.

The thing that confuses me is that Crashed made this comment saying MSD helped them find some roadblocks for the challenges, but the #DimensionalBeings has the s99 roadblock, which ironically is the tag that MSD came up with? I dont mind reviving through it but I know most are saving it for last and some not even bothering with it. Also in regards to Chavez, I'm pretty sure not many people want to get Carpal Tunnel by doing 1000 heavies lol. Hopefully in the next Everest content, they have more than just MSD check for roadblocks as i could imagine some of the player base losing trust after this fight

That's because you need FAM. This isn't a want, it is a full requirement if you want to do it in minimal revives. I personally think it is the worst of the challenges and the least fun of them all. I'd rather fight abyss collector at this point.

    I agree.
I'm pretty decent at reverse controls atleast thats what I believe. But then I saw guys dumping 20-30 revives on this single fight. It's a massive roadblock.
    ...
And for the players who are still mad at fins challanges, you can go watch fintech's run, satisfying to see him struggle in this one fight.
lol. You'll get closure if you hated his carinas. I loved them tho.
