11:30 pm around that time kabam drops everything usually so i expect that should also be the time for info drop , it might extend till 1 or 2 am though

Since most info drops are at 10 am on the west coast, it is not illogical to think that the info would be released then as well.
You are right; and its not against you, just don't want to see people saying "omg Kabam its already Thursday in the Republic of Wantinfokistan why is the info not out!!"
Maybe there is a list of 30 champs which Summoner can choose five and the crystal will take 5 of them + 45 others and that will be the crystal Summoner will get to spin or pop or whatever.

You will get superior banquet crystals anyway and milestones should update but we don't know what realm event is like just quickly push paragon
