Summoners journey

I’m a new player and I was completing the summoners journey objectives for a 4 star nick fury. It said explore l of act and 2 and I did but I didn’t count? The challenge remains uncompleted.

Did you explore all of ACT-2 *prior* to claiming the previous Objective's Level ?

Doing multiple levels of an Objective don’t count, unless you CLAIM each one before completing the next level.

And (curious) what that previous Level of Objective was ?
Was it just “complete” (but not full explore) of ACT-1 ? (Because you don’t have ACT-1 fully explored yet, just ACT-2) ?
