Hello. I apologize in advance for missing where it was posted…but does anyone know how many of the tokens will be needed to convert to one Superior Banquet Crystal?

If it hasn’t been posted, I guess this is a question for @Kabam Crashed (although if it is something that isn’t meant to be available info until the 20th of course I understand).

    10 tokens for 1 SBC

    10 tokens for 1 SBC

10 tickets for 1 token, 1 token for 1 crystal.
Ahh yes. This is what I meant but said it wrong. Thank you.

So if I have 100 Banquet tickets, how many Superior crystals can I get? And what are my chances of pulling something good out of one Superior crystal?
Basically, should I even get any hopes up if I already spent all my units for CM and don't plan on buying more units with cash for this event?

10 tickets equal 1 token, 1 token equals 1 SBC.

    Therefor you have 10 crystals

So from what I understand it's 10 tickets for 1 token. So 1 token = 1 superior crystal?! That is good news. I thought it would be 10 tokens for 1 superior crystal. I assumed that each token got a regular banquet crystal.

Thanks bro. So all the crystals are SBC? For some reason I thought there were GBCs and SBCs and the SBCs required more tokens than the GBCs....

That is what I was questioning too @TotemCorruption . It would be awesome if it was 1 for 1 on the SBC's. It does say trade for "sueprior banquet crystals". I just didn't know that it was one for one. That is great news.

On the main site I see references to Banquet Crystals, Greater Banquet Crystals, and Superior Banquet Crystals, but no mention of what we can get with Banquet tickets or Greater Banquet Crystal Tokens.

If you look at the description of the token in game they say that they can be exchanged for superior banquet crystals.

Tickets trade in for tokens in the traders outpost. Tokens trade for Greater Banquet Crystals or Superior Banquet Crystals (TB+).

Big question is whether they count as “buying” a crystal or not.

Actually I think the tokens are all being traded for superior banquet crystals. I’m cavalier and when I bought sinister bundle I got 3 greater banquet tokens, which in the description say can be traded for superior banquet crystals

The superior crystals will only be accessible for TB+. They updated the language to say it trades in for both the GBC and the SGBC for clarity, but they're still tied to progression.

tokens can be traded 1 for 1 to SBCs for anyone of any title but it is the only way below TB can get any of the SBC
(I'm pretty sure it said this in the livestream)

That’s what I heard from the livestream too and my screenshot above shows the same.

Thanks, but I have to say this is unnecessarily confusing.
They call these tokens "Great Banquet Crystal Tokens," but you can use them to buy 1:1 "Superior Banquet Crystals," even though "Greater Banquet Crystals" are also available. Why not just call them "Superior Banquet Crystal Tokens"?

I imagine the plan initially was to have them traded for GBCs, but Kanan decided to be nice and allow us SBCs

also we didn't know about SBCs until a bit later so it would've been even more confusing and a big spoiler at the beginning

Basically, should I even get any hopes up if I already spent all my units for CM and don't plan on buying more units with cash for this event?

If you have 100 tickets, you should buy the 7* Sinister package, cause it comes with ten tokens in the package. You’ve already bought the sinister package in the trading post? For the sinister packages, the tokens are essentially free on top of the champ, rank up gem, etc.

Thanks everyone for clearing that up! Much appreciated.

I don't like Sinister. I mean, yeah, in the X-Men cartoon he teamed up with Warlock, Beast, and Forge to defeat the Phalanx, but only to save his own skin. Did you see what he did in X-Men 97? He's a straight-up horrible person and I have no interest in him or his bundles.

You're missing out, Mr sinister does insane damage and has some of the best survivability in game.
