You need a strong mastery setup that includes at least the following masteries: dexterity, parry, cruelty, and precision. I would also suggest getting willpower (it will help you gain health if you pull a gambler's fate that causes degen). Despair, deep wounds, and assassin also help.

You need to make sure you bring a good bleed immune and poison immune champ like Ultron or Vision since some paths will inflict those. And you need a good champ that can bleed or poison your opponent to help end matches quicker. Power control is also nice (I originally ran all of Act 4 with a duped 3* SW pre-nerf).
