Look before my rant, I'm not even mad about the whole points being too high and It should be low thing. I anticipated a hike from last year, while i didnt expect it upwards of 15k, I'd say im somewhat comfortable with it.
What I'll talk about however, is the irony known as realm event. As I'll put in kabams own wording, " An event that brings together people towards 1 Goal"
How can people be realistically working towards one goal when You're already setting in minimum contribution gates towards an event? Wasn’t it supposed to be everyone contributing towards the same set of rewards?
Imagine how many people contribute in the necropolis death counter, could you have gate keeped that saying if you dont die "X" amount of times you Won't be receiving these "Y" rewards?
While in the past I could understand the gatekeeping with The crystal cleansing or BG events, I can't really understand your decision with the Banquet realm event.
Us F2P can Muster off the old dust collecting crystal or work extrahard for BGs, But how do we work extrahard for an event that I spent almost the entire year working on...** Sad Briant Grant Face**
Dont get me wrong, Whoever spends more should get more, Thats why the ranked rewards are there, as it should be. I fully agree with that. Infact these rank rewards for the realm event are perhaps some of the best we've ever seen.
With that said, I feel all of my entire year worth of effort wasted, I'll likely soon be leaving the game like I'm pretty sure many others will. Thank you for all the memories albeit a bit painful at times.

If you dont have 15k Unit after putting effort for 1 year, then you probably doing something very wrong and wasting your times.
I become valiant in September, with 2k units remaining. Now I have 10k, thats 8k in 4 month. Not even hard core arena grinder, have some good luck with arena crystal though.
Or only banquet?
Not f2p will work with their 5k-6k units while others have to spend 18k+ upwards to carry them. 🫱
And Kabam should gatekeep, whole complain last year about Banquet event was same rewards and how Cavs got most value while Paragons above got nothing but joke value items.
Is that a problem with Kabam and their events, or a problem with x% of the player base not being proactive enough?
They could’ve definitely reduced the gateways, but it is what it is.
You've definitely surpassed what would be considered average, putting you in a very good position in such a short time.
For 4 months, with what you've achieved, you are over and above what you should expect from banquet without spending money.
All this to say, contribute what you want and enjoy the RNG ride. In 6 months the top end stuff will be mid anyway.
That about sums it up.
