Isophyne or wiccan?

I was saving up everything to put into isophyne but now looking at her I'm a little confused for who should I choose to upgrade between isophyne and wiccan.
Any suggestions would be really helpful.

    Wiccan is a God tier champ. He has great damage even in non buff heavy champs. And he has the best neutralize in the game. Completely shuts down all buffs in the game if you stay a little aggressive. Mine is r3 and I have no regrets.

    On the contrary it’s as if you can’t use her unless she’s a Rank 4 7 star because she’s so dull. I don’t understand what’s going on with Kabam right now. We knew that there wasn’t a whole lot of substance to this champ when we kept getting special reveals hinting at what her kit would look like and it all boils down to “Fractured power bar and power gain” I honestly want this champion to be better. The ego concept is so cool but they keep developing these concepts and then failing to follow through. Every mystic wizard should play one of three ways. They get stronger throughout the game and halt abilities, they get stronger throughout a quest by killing and can halt abilities, or both. Adding a single nullify like she’s scarlet witch sigil is disrespectful. That cinematic trailer made it seem like we were about to see the most powerful champion since the literal arrival of Onslaught.. when Marvel got bought out and had to kill off all of there characters. She should literally be the Serpent as a mystic champion coming in to show everyone that she’s better than the whole cosmic class put together. Instead we get the cop out… “Marked passive” YAY! So cool guys, great job with this one, haven’t seen anything like that before. Way to tie in her Ego mechanic and all that “Dark energy”

    She's a free champ plus Kabam is scared of making another Herc-level attacker. Remember Count Nefaria? He is a great champion because we need to spend money or resources to get. Isophyne's like a free Christmas present.

    Bang on. And maestro is immune to incinerate and shock, which is most of Wiccan’s damage. Maybe awakened he can bypass the shock immunity but he’ll never make the plasma debuff.

    I reckon the only reason people think Wiccan is an ok maestro counter is that they’ve got a high rank so it’s just general damage from specials.

    He’s a naff maestro counter and an imperfect serpent counter.

    Don’t get me wrong, I love my r2 Wiccan but he’s better against other cosmics, like he wrecks Hulkling.

    Only with luck. You are in trouble if he activates his cheat death.
