i have nothing positive to say about this event, the worst drop rates i have ever seen, the bland banquet is a rip off and if you’re reading this save your money/units, trust and believe.

If u think that valiants should ignore this u guys must have told us before that don't put any hype from event if u are valiant players

U guys could have easily fix that for valiants even if the drop rates target more shards and higher rank materials like t4 alpha or full t6 and t3 alpha instead of their shards

U guys need to address that what paragon and tb player require is not the requirement of valiant players it's been more than a year now and valiant is not a new rare title anymore if u guys thinking that all 3 progression are same after such time passed.

I think the banquet pull thread being mostly positive alongside this one with understandable frustration and complaints demonstrates, as always, there's going to be a range of reactions and feelings towards just about any event or action in game. Think it's important to have this space though for folks to voice their frustrations as long as we can keep it respectful. Keep it focused on us and on the specifics, we can take that back to the team and discuss. Attacking fellow summoners (and this isn't directed at you demonzfyre I was just initially replying to your comment) and/or kabam staff isn't productive and those comments are more likely to be removed. Here’s my criticism,

The crystal has WAY to much tb6 and t3a, I understand this is useful for some players, however for a crystal made for tb and above this stuff just isn’t useful. Tb can get these by doing act 7, and so many paragon and valiants already have these in the overflow.

The shards is not underwhelming, but not….great. It didn’t live up to the hype. I managed to get 2 7*, both from the milestones. I’ll go into more details about that.

Put it like this, let’s say my favorite restaurant is McDonald’s ( just a random one ), I, a customer who uses points off the McDonald’s app save up ALL year long, and save about 10k points. I finally get to go to McDonald’s, just to find out they raised the prices and when I did pay, they gave me a cheeseburger blended up with milk and salt. That’s pretty much the best way I can explain it for f2p, I get kabam wants money, but something that you guys should understand is that keeping f2p players happy is the way to go, p2w players will complete everything, and literally stop spending and maybe even stop playing, meanwhile f2p is always on the grind. This is just my opinion, as a f2p player.

You could give me 500 bucks to spend on banquet ( stop drooling kabam ) and what I get from it I would still be disappointed with.

The complaints are fine. My sole point the comment was that the forums represents a small portion of the overall community.

But I didn't expect that drop rates of those crystal would be that bad I am expecting to atleast chance to get something good not t5cc or 10% t6cc or half t3 alpha

I'll just say the chance to get t6cc is too high imo, I mean if the minimum you'd get was 25% of one then it could have been acceptable but getting 10% t6cc from a single crystal over and over was incredibly frustrating for me, I mean a valiant player can literally spend 130 units in the rankup store and get 10% t6cc, so spending 170 more just to get some gold and iso isn't worth for me

I honestly don’t think that will ever happen - after two years, I think we can just just chalk the banquet up to a dead event if you are at the latest progression. They nerfed it into the ground

I mean this with the utmost respect, but on that post that you’re claiming is mostly positive, almost all of the comments on it are saying the rewards are not good. They’re posting screenshots essentially saying “this is all I got” along with an occasional person getting a Key and posting a picture of their pull from that. 1 7* from 50+ of these crystals is not value. Most of them have a less negative tone, but that doesn’t make them positive either.
That's super fair (I also merged in a thread that was slightly less positive after I posted this message so I kinda undermined my own point slightly xD). I think being more positive is a bit of what I meant. But again, happy to take the feedback and I appreciate you giving it respectfully!

With respect, we give the same feedback every year. We’re told we’ve been heard and things have changed and yet here we are again. And I don’t think this is because our expectations are too high. The crystals just bad for what they contain.

Exactly this! Are kabam aware of the stages of players in their own game? We get most of these t6cc and t3a from those daily super event milestones, not even getting a full one in the sbcs is so dumb. Grouping tbs with val is definitely a reason for them to have these material drop rates etc..
Imo they really did not think this through, maybe should've asked a few community members and content creators for some crystal feedback before finalizing it (if they didnt).

My personal POV: the event isn't great, but also not bad. I got 3 7*s, a trophy Kang and 2 t4a, which I needed for another R3. The gold and ISO is what I needed, so I personally am not thrilled, but somewhat satisfied
