i have nothing positive to say about this event, the worst drop rates i have ever seen, the bland banquet is a rip off and if you’re reading this save your money/units, trust and believe.

I cannot express enough how much I hate having to share watered-down rewards with TB players as an 8+ year Valiant. Kamab, stop lumping the top-tier end-game players with any noob who started an account a few months ago.

You have no understanding of what the "vast majority" is.
There have been a good number of complaints today so I understand the hyperbole, especially in the forums where it's a more focused view. I think the banquet pull thread being mostly positive alongside this one with understandable frustration and complaints demonstrates, as always, there's going to be a range of reactions and feelings towards just about any event or action in game. Think it's important to have this space though for folks to voice their frustrations as long as we can keep it respectful. Keep it focused on us and on the specifics, we can take that back to the team and discuss. Attacking fellow summoners (and this isn't directed at you demonzfyre I was just initially replying to your comment) and/or kabam staff isn't productive and those comments are more likely to be removed. But as long as the criticism is constructive we want to hear it.
The complaints are fine. My sole point the comment was that the forums represents a small portion of the overall community.

maybe watch a stream that has 1900 people saying the same thing? seatin nick lagacy KT's videos and comments ? read the discord chat flooding with screenshots of 60+ crystals giving 1k titan shards? if ur getting all ur into from the forums thats on you dawg

Considering my post urging people not to spent money on bad events immediately got nuked you are much more likely to get better response and better future events form Kabam if you star posts with “ I am not spending anymore money “ rather then a variations of “this sucks , this is an insult and so on “

If Kabam can’t even hit a solid double here… just count me out of banquet stuff going forward. Latest progression players need to hit cyber from here on out. It’s not a communication issue - the feedback they claim to have heard and adjusted followed by the hype really leaves a sour feeling on all of this.

It absolutely is constructive. This is the worst event I’ve ever seen lmao. Most side quests give better rewards. The daily quests do for sure.
The OP started a Post with no constructive feedback at all, along with the implication it was a rip-off.
Constructive feedback is not always positive, but it involves things like suggestions, comparisons, ways to improve the Event, etc. Not just "I have nothing good to say, it's garbage.". What can you say to that? Thanks for the feedback.

Absolutely agree with this. Last year was BAD and I only spent 3k of units to get the minimum level decent rewards. This year I dropped over 15 of units and really wish I’d have just saved them. I heard Kabam John in the live stream talking about all the filler being removed and kept waiting for when the good stuff would come, thinking it’s got to get better than this. It didn’t. Don’t think I’ll touch this next year.

When I saw the stream (sorry Crash you are a true Kabam hero and I respect you a lot and appreciate all you do) saying things like we hear you, we removed a lot of the filler, I thought this year with the 10 years celebration etc.. it would be different. But it is the same as years before. I remember the first or maybe second edition been cool and exciting. Since then I've been passing on them, just grabbing hanging fruit.

Maybe for tb players or some paragon, this could have some value. But there isn't any real ROI into the event. I don't go to Las Vegas, to burn money, so I don't see the appealing of the event, unless you enjoy hard gambling.

I still hope some other people enjoy this and wants to spend money here, game needs to be financial, but as responsible consumer I don't see any value in what this event is offering me, so I won't spend money, I did spend in some others, so I understand this is maybe not for me, and it feels a bit disappointing, but it is ok. It is fun to open cristal and get excite about it.... but maybe next year.

Ar rhis point the 10th year celebration feels like the retirement party of someone at work that nobody knew worked there... Sure there were drinks, there was a cake, you got a few mins or hour off of work; but at the end of the day you just go back home and don't have much to tell at the dinner table

I'm quite disappointed by this event. With all the Superior Banquet Crytals I opened, most of them are tier 6 basic catalyst and tier 3 alpha which will probably be wasted from my inventory overflow.

"if u dont like it dont participate" is the worst argument ive seen in this entire thread. being promised something and overhyping it and it ends up being trash and ur solution is to not spend on it snd foeget? we cant voice our opinions and ask for change? and yes action is more efficient than any complaint, this is why we're taking action and posting feedback.

Honestly the drop rates for Valiants wouldn't feel so bad if the Daily Super wasn't so generous. Nerfing the latter or buffing the former would perhaps align the reward structures better?

You got my point wrong here buddy. I mean beside complaining about it, the way more effective way is STOP right away spending on this event. This is a tech company and they will purely focus on sale data than any comments.

I am just going to express my true feelings about this event in a respectful manner and then walk away from all banquet related threads.
How do I feel about it? It felt just right. Just right it means I feel like I got exactly what I spent units for. Add all the event milestones plus contents of crystals and you got close to exactly what you would get if you bought the items. There was absolute no excitement, not even a real gambling sense.
What do I blame this to? Putting TBs a progression title Kabam decided to gift nowadays, in the same pool as Paragon and Valiants. This SBC might be a 10 for TBs, an 8 for Paragons; but for a Valiant they just get an Average scoring, by average I don't even mean good. Just plain average.
My lesson learned is that moving on to 2025 as long as the top progression doesn't get top progression rewards, I will not be expecting much or spending at all.
I hope Kabam considers this type of input in the future, this year's overhype of certain things or events might conflict with the idea of "another 10 years"....

Never been so happy that I made the decision to spend most of my units on Cyber Weekend. Opened just enough Banquet crystals to get the final Deathless She-Hulk piece, and now I have 5.4k units to spend on Necropolis Corina’s Challenges.

TRUST YOUR GUT FEELING! Use your units for revives to use for Necro, it has MUCH better rewards.

man with the amount of units i had, i could’ve finished all those challenges no sweat, not to sound cringe but i feel so empty and i can barely manage to launch the game atm.

My only complaints are that we cannot gift outside of the alliance and can only gift accolades. I really liked the gifting crystals and being able to share with friends that are not in my alliance.

TBF, I opened 40, and got no T4A, no titan shards and no sig stones.. really disappointed, especially as @kabam John saying on the banquet reveal stream, " there's gonna be alot of throne breakers with rank 3s running about" when talking about the crystals, insinuating the drop rates are stacked.. very misleading and overall extremely disappointing.. I am so glad I spent on cyber and saved earned units and banquet tokens. I would have had major regrets
