i have nothing positive to say about this event, the worst drop rates i have ever seen, the bland banquet is a rip off and if you’re reading this save your money/units, trust and believe.

I think we all need to learn next year. There’s plenty of YouTubers who do openings. Let them do their openings and see what’s coming out. If I’d have done that before my opening I’d have seen how poor the likely content of my opening would have been and could have made a better decision for myself by looking at all the likely crystal opening with the solo rewards in the round.

Apparently there is a 31.26% chance of pulling 10%-50% T6CC. That should be read as 31% chance for 10% T6CC and .26% for the rest.

There shouldn't be RNG behind RNG. Kabam should disclose odds for all percentages, all rewards. Not bundle them together.

You have no understanding of what the "vast majority" is.
There have been a good number of complaints today so I understand the hyperbole, especially in the forums where it's a more focused view. I think the banquet pull thread being mostly positive alongside this one with understandable frustration and complaints demonstrates, as always, there's going to be a range of reactions and feelings towards just about any event or action in game. Think it's important to have this space though for folks to voice their frustrations as long as we can keep it respectful. Keep it focused on us and on the specifics, we can take that back to the team and discuss. Attacking fellow summoners (and this isn't directed at you demonzfyre I was just initially replying to your comment) and/or kabam staff isn't productive and those comments are more likely to be removed. But as long as the criticism is constructive we want to hear it.
Another constructive comment: there’s really not a good reason in my opinion for the T7b, especially at 5% chance in super small amounts.

I’ve pulled it 3X, which was exciting until I realized this is the amount I need to form one.

I need three for a R4–something I really don’t need and didn’t expect to get close to from this event. Amassing more would require my alliance to finish Top 10 or for me to finish Top 3% solo.

Including such a new and rare resource as a 5% drop in tiny amounts feels very off, in a similar vein to the huge amount of T6c I commented on above.

I believe you can only pull 1% at a time too. At 5% odds, you will need to open 6000 crystals assuming normal distribution for a single R4 lol

They are absolutely out of touch with the community on this one. I get better value from my daily login calendar than this nonsense. 300 units should not lead to T5CC, T6CC shards or fully formed T6 Basic or T3 alphas….the Daily super rewards give you half of one per day!

Im not going to put up one of those ragey "I'm quitting" posts. I have been around since about the beginning and have been involved deeply with the community for a long time. I am not going to quit because the things I like about it I LOVE.

BUT.... I have also spent a lot of money on this game. Usually between 1k-3k and year (a lot to me) and I was ready to spend on this event. But I truly think this is the point where I kick back and go fully FTP.

Will I farm units? Sure. Will I spend real cash? I don't think so.

The 10 year events have been amazing but CW and this "banquet" event show that spending cash just isn't worth it anymore.

I literally get better rewards from my daily event. And it's free. Complete waste, I was looking forward this event for months.

I've opened several SBC and gotten nothing but small amounts of 7* shards, t4a, t7b, small amounts of iso and gold, and to top it all off my pulls from 7*s and my titan were **** too, luck was not on my side today

.....a d were getting 300???? Come onnnnnnn you cant logically see that and think that's fair. Also the 7 star sign stones???? Y'all should be ashamed.....only can be used if you run through EVERY one of those champs AND THEN dupe one of them. I don't even want to math what that would cost. I can't believe they are locked behind a HUGE wall that 99.99% of players quite literally have no chance of seeing....not in the banquet at least. Maybe we'll have a duped version of one of those champs by 2027ish....

I was going to spend big on this event - won’t be spending a single cent on it now. Paying money to Kabam only perpetuates the problem. The ONLY thing they care about is the dollar bottom line. Boycotting the event on mass is the only way to send a message.

I think the problem kabam has is we value the crystals content only against 300 units to assess whether it’s worth it. And the overwhelming feedback is they are not worth 300 units.

My guess is kabam assess the 300 units spent against the crystals content, the realm event, the alliance event, the solo event and the rank rewards. I think they see the value of each 300 units spent as much much much higher than we do.
