I bet seatin is regretting coming out to play. The filler is what is filling the crystals. You want us to spend but valiants like myself and paragons feel like we get dumped on in these crystals. Even thronebreaker can get most of the things at a cheaper rate in stores through gameplay areas. We were promised less fillers in the stream and that is what the majority is. The points needed for meaningful items in all milestone areas is just ridiculous. Another failure. Sorry John or I’m sorry crashed but kabam fell not short, but into a bottomless pit with this failure of an event. 10 years(veteran) and I have the title showing I’ve been here since the beginning and I think I may have finally found my reason to quit. 10 years of this game and this promised great event that has been a dismal disappointment is just too much. Top that off with the smug response that your team feels like they hit the mark when the community in every area(line, discord, forums, YouTube, etc) have all echoed the sentiment of the failure this event is just shows how out of touch with the community you are.

Absolute disappointment, so many runes spent for such bad prizes, even not even the milestone prizes are good, they made of a very expected and satisfying event, a mediocre event, even with the key for the glorious characters, being random and not selectable, all bad, they are running out of ideas and they don't know how to make players spend money anymore and for nothing because they give pure junk prizes.... They should take a break from the game
What disappoints me is the milestone rewards for the alliance/community. I’m not spending money to reach these milestones. It’s disappointing that in years past if you were in an alliance and they unlocked all the rewards you got to claim them. Now it’s just another solo event basically. No I’m not giving you all of my money
Very disappointed. Last year was better this year and that’s saying a lot because last was bad. It seems like it’s getting worse every year. I opened 60 SBC and got all filler. Not 1 thing good in what I was chasing or needed. I have 2 accounts. 1 paragon and 1 valiant. Paragon account I’m building my roster and this event did nothing for that. It put my paragon accounts over fill to far over. I was hoping for better drops rates this year. I agree with the community, for the 10 YEAR Anniversary it was a major let down. On my valiant account I opened 40. Got all filler with nothing my valiant account needed at all. I’m a big sender on my valiant account but this I’m not spending. I’m totally disappointed in the team who decided the rate, the rewards and that they tied in thronebreakers in with paragon and Valiants. BIG BIG BIG let down.
I honestly wish there were more ISO, I wish a little bit more crystals shards, few more T4 alpha. We waited and saved units for rank up goals. But lots of items in single crystal drops the chance of getting them very very low. Few lucky people are there of course, but 90% of us isn't lucky and pleased. To claim those milestones rewards we have to spend a lot and while spending we wish to have some more from banquet crystals rather than milestones. That's what made 2023 event more successful. Whatever, at the end we got kabamed!
Wassup Kabam team. I appreciate you opening up this avenue of communication to discuss feedback. The biggest problem is not the reward total, the realm event was a nice touch. I said this on another forum post. But we were promised on the livestream that there would be less filler in the crystal. However, the main reward in this crystal (highest likelihood item to receive) is t6cc FRAGMENTS, And less than we can get in other stores in game. This includes the rank up store, and the BG store.
This is textbook filler. The vast majority of circles that I interact with have only received/opened terrible rewards. This event was hyped as the grand banquet, an event to end all events, celebrating 10 years of the game, and the main way we interact with the event is lackluster.
Whether it’s compensation, or a tune up to the drop rates, I firmly believe that this would show the community that you care about the amount of time and effort we put into the game.
Side note, I do appreciate all that you do for the game and the amount of feedback you have to wade through.
I think Kabam has to be careful with some of their messaging, I’ve noticed there have been more and more of, “Sorry the majority of you are upset but we’re happy with the actions that we’ve taken because we met our goal.” type of responses. It is off putting and comes across as a bit patronizing. I appreciate honesty but it can be stated differently. This is second year in a row that the “vibes” around the banquet have been bad. So saying that “we met our goal” seems to say we don’t really put a lot of emphasis on the players feelings about the game. I don’t think that’s true but the optics make you think that way. I am not quite sure that is what Kabam wants, sour feelings after a very successful and fun 10 year anniversary celebration. Obviously, the amount of money that is spent will be the true indicator of success but please be aware of the “goodwill” factor as well. I just hope we make all the Realm Rewards.
Well if since Kabam team sticks together on how they treat us and lack of consideration for our time, us summoners need to band together and not spend anymore money. If we hit them where it hurts they will listen a lot more.

bro I got double ripped off, I was buying 1 at a time, so I can pace myself with my unit count ( I’m f2p and didn’t wanna spend everything ) I went to go claim my milestones, I went back. I accidentally click buy 5. My day was ruined. I didn’t get anything good. I really been wanting to do necro. I submitted a ticket. Kabam hasn’t responded. I’m not even sure I’ll get my stuff.
I was disappointed in the amount of 7 star shards, in comparison to the T6 CC frags. We just received 10 FREE 7*'s, which was great, but getting 1,500 7* shards from one crystal felt kinda awful. The catalysts were decent, especially with the side events, but not having many opportunities to aquire new champs to use them on, felt a little empty.

We just wanted to take a moment and address some of the concerns around our Banquet event this year as we see some of you are disappointed with the Superior Banquet Crystals in particular.
We wanted to move more of the rewards to the milestones, while keeping 7-star relevant rewards in the crystals as you build up your tracks in the various milestones between solo and alliance-based events. Our intention was to improve the experience over last year's event, and feel we have succeeded in that goal.
That being said, we want to make sure the game team sees and hears you, so please leave your constructive feedback on what you’d like to see changed.
