Should I rather spend 9.5k units on the 7* America Chavez or buy 30 SBC

I completed all Milstones Revards in the banquet event. And now there are about 10,000 left, which is something I'd really like to do. If I coud buy about 30 SBC or a 7* America Chavez that I can take with immediately to Rank 3 because I did go all in in the Cyber ​​Event .
One thing to mention is that I got valiant from Cyberwekend and now have 4 good 7* stars at rank 3, but the other 54. 7 stars I have are not worth getting to rank 3. I hope you can help me, which decision to make. Thanks

    Just save them. They will come in handy in future. No use spending them either in banquet or on Chavez. Almost 10k intis for a character available in base pool is a bad trade. And since you have achieved all milestones in banquet, you can stop purchasing those disappointing crystals

    Use them instead of new Necro challenges or CCP Carina challenges.
    Rewards there gives lots of 7* shards and who knows you might pull 7* Chavez from there 🤣
