Now that I've had a chance to digest, I think my biggest issue is the T6CC Frags being the largest pull. I admit, I haven't pulled as many Crystals as others. I might have opened 15-20. I got a full 7* and then some, some Titan Shards, and odds and ends. They're improved from Greater on paper, and if you're lucky to pull the best pulls you certainly agree, but I think the issue is the overall usefulness of the Frags for someone Valiant. Of course they have a value in-game, and they can be used, but their availability in other areas of the game makes it feel like not a win at all for Players. I have no idea what the solution is and I don't have as strong convictions as those calling it a scam, but I'd say overall the emphasis needed to be more on the pulls and less on the spread between Milestones. The one thing about previous years was a lot of people got SOME rare stuff, fewer people got lots, and those who spent the most got the most. Here you have a majority getting very little of rare value, or even immediately useful in some cases. That's my take. 30 some percent for T6CC is too high.
Boycott 2.0 I say. Require real compensation. Open up all realm rewards. Lots of ways to fix it. Less than 24 hours in and I think the consensus agrees. THIS EVENT SUCKS. YOU DID NOT MEET YOUR GOAL. GO BACK TO YHE DRAWING BOARD AND ACTUALLY SHOW APPPRECIATION. As for the community let’s all band together since we haven’t since the 12.0 debacle and bomb it. 1 star ratings in app stores, stop spending, request refunds if nothing is addressed properly. If this is the future of the game let it die.
Considering the whining about higher levels getting too many rewards suited for us lower levels, maybe a shift in the delineation is needed.
Although I like TB being included in the rewards for Valiant and Paragon, maybe in future Kabam shift the goal posts and group TB with Cav, and then Valiant with Paragon and adjust the rewards accordingly.
We just wanted to take a moment and address some of the concerns around our Banquet event this year as we see some of you are disappointed with the Superior Banquet Crystals in particular.
We wanted to move more of the rewards to the milestones, while keeping 7-star relevant rewards in the crystals as you build up your tracks in the various milestones between solo and alliance-based events. Our intention was to improve the experience over last year's event, and feel we have succeeded in that goal.
That being said, we want to make sure the game team sees and hears you, so please leave your constructive feedback on what you’d like to see changed.
I opened close to 90 SBC's and bought the 50$ Bundle and the best reward I've gotten is 3500 7* shards. I opened only 1 daily valiant crystal the day before the banquet event and got 5000 7* shards LOL............
I was not happy about the banquet event yesterday. Made a couple of posts (which I infrequently do) and went to bed thinking I’d wake up more chill. Well I am actually more upset this morning. In past banquets (certainly not 2023), I’d have tons of new champs I was happy to rank up and explore their game play. Like a kid who got Legos on Christmas and was excited to put them together. This banquet was like getting socks and underwear, both functional but absolutely no fun. The solution simply would be to add more 7 start crystal shards, the basic pool was just updated and it would be fun to chase the new 18 champs that have been added. The pool is big enough now. For me, I am just left with disappointment, even if we get all the realm rewards it’s made me feel disconnected from the game. Which is doubly sad after all the fun of the 10 year anniversary, Deathless Thanos coming, etc. I loved getting the 10 seven stars, even if only 2 were new. It helped build the goodwill back from the AI and gameplay issues. I am fortunate that I can afford to spend money on the game, and since this is the only game I play, I don’t feel too guilty putting my money into it. I am going to own that I should have looked at the drop rates much better instead of progressively getting frustrated as I opened more of them. After banquet, I am significantly curtailing my spending unless Kabam makes adjustments to this banquet. I don’t mean next years. I’ll be very irritated if we get another, “We made our internal goal but will take your feedback and look at next year’s event” post. I have played the game forever and won’t abandon it, too much money put in to give up completely as many in my alliance have, but the spending is going to be drastically reduced.
I opened 60 and all i felt i got was a salad instead of a burger. That’s one line now get to the feedback. While a lot of it was for 7 star it was to small amounts fx the tier 6cc was the lowest 10 procent drop and that’s don’t help much I got that’s could do away with everything but there was a full titant nice plus 20k titant shard it the same thing one of thos could ben remove to open space for more tier 6cc selcter fx.

T6cc fragments shouldn't be in there at all, you can buy a 5%t6cc crystal in the rank up store for 65 units, there shouldn't be anything less then half a cat in there and preferably fully formed catalysts.

I gotta say man I feel the same way. I’m struggling with even more frustration after waking up. There’s so much about this that frustrates me even more. The communication that has been shared with us, the community, is insulting. They need to make this right.
I'm completely fine with whales chasing and achieving R4 champs. However, for a Valiant player, I am not interested in chasing r2 7*. If that is what people want, they can get those resources from the crystals. But to say "everything in there is useful for 7*" is an accurate, yet extremely underwhelming statement. Let Valiant players chase r3s and new 7* (basic and titan crystals). No reason for me to go beyond hitting the alliance minimums. I don't want resources to r2 7* champs. I don't want middling newly buffed gifted guardians - especially when I don't even get to chose which champ I want. I don't need to spend 15k+ units to dupe Isophyene when there are other mystic champs that do the same thing or where awakening gems will come more cheaply over time. In other words, there is zero motivation to spend any units or money on these crystals. All the materials are available for cheap in the BG store. Even when saying "we moved rewards to milestones"....well those milestones are also underwhelming.
Generally, I'm fine with the event being underwhelming. Saves me units. But for a 10 year celebration - womp womp.
I feel scammed, no real notice of unit deals coming for xmas, so I spent real money with no bonus rewards.
I got one 7 star nexus from one stack of 10, leading me to believe the crystals were actually decent, only to get absolutely nothing exciting from another another 50 or so SBCs.
Straight garbage event and wish I had my units back. Kabam has been out of touch for 10 years. The game still lags, crashes, doesn’t work properly. Too many a** kissers who like being manipulated and used who back these predatory tactics from this company. Jokes on us again this year. Merry Christmas!

Well ok there are some nice rewards like full 7 stars (Titans or nexus), specific 7 stars like Jessica but overall, with more than 66% chance, most of crystal will give us the same shards we have in daily crystal…but for 300 units instead of being free 🤔

And the Laziest Summoner accolade goes to..... KABAM! That's some great investigation work here. No reason for GBC of 2023 to be repeated in 2024 and just packaging the Super Daily Event into a crystal while tweaking it a bit and renaming it a SBC. This is just lazy.
I would prefer to get 30 units instead of 1% T7B honestly. 1% T7B is useless.
This year's Banquet Crystals have been even less exciting than last year's. I spent 12,000 units on top-grade banquet crystals, but what I got was the same as what I could get from daily events or daily variant crystals. I would like the units I used returned. Or, can I have more top-grade banquet crystals in the same amount as I purchased? Also, I haven't won a single banquet key, so I would like the odds to be improved.
I wonder how many people are quiting this game as time goes on. The only reason I even play anymore is to still communicate and play with the friends I've made over the last 9 years. Such a slap in the face. 99% of the players that have played this game for a long time are disappointed in this event. That right there should tell you all you need to know about it. The whole thing about not trying to distance the whales from everyone else is a joke. The way this game is set up through rewards in AQ/AW has made it to where everyone that isn't a whale can't catch up anyways. This is one of the times of the year when everyone else can close the gap a little bit and aquire more champs/rank up resources. The whales already have maxed out accounts and shards the rest of us don't. They aren't going to be separating from us by just stashing more dupe shards. So dang frustrating. BGs brought the game back to life a little bit but even that spark is starting to die out.
Since about 90% of this forums community doesn't understand constructive feedback, I'll leave mine as an example to those who can't grasp this concept.
Banquet crystals- I know I am in the minority but I appreciated the amount of T6B/T3A/T6CC I got. I have a lot of champs I want to rank up and I am always short on cats. But... I think a better design would be that these fairly common mats be included as "bonus" items like how gold and ISO are but they stay as the shards. I think the ISO can be removed but leave the gold.
Spread the percentages from the catalysts out between 7* and titan shards and increase the amounts.
Increase the drops for full crystals. Super rare items like the keys and such can stay the same. Though I think the T7B amounts were very small. If you're giving away R4's in rank rewards, having an increased amount drop isn't going to hurt anything.
I think 7* Sig stones should have been more available as well.
Realm- I absolutely hate the idea of putting these glorious guardians sig stones before being able to awaken and of those 6 champs as well as the AG being so high up in milestones. With keys being such a low drop in the banquet crystals, most of us aren't going to run through the 6 before being able to dupe one of them. The AG holds way less value than a regular AG since those can be used on anyone if it's generic. The Glorious Guardians AG should have been somewhere in the middle of the Realm milestones. If not that, more keys available in the milestones early on.

I don't think we'll hit the 4 billion mark. This event always starts super strong but tapers off quickly.

I understand they can't be too long as it would skew rank rewards greatly but I think another 5 to 8 more milestones for the Alliance event would have been great. The rank rewards after 7-10 aren't that great honestly. For 1-5% it should look something like- 1. Leave the 6* trophy selector. 2. 10k Titan shards 3. 7* Nexus 4. T6CC x2 selector 5. Replace relic with 7* sig stones. 25 generics.
In fact, until new relics come, don't include them in rewards. Those competing for those higher rewards have all of them and have no need for relic dupes. The relic items should have been 7* sig stones.
I think there should have been more free SBCs as well in the milestones.
Webstore- I think it would have been a cool addition to have a daily claim for BCs/SBCs for the duration of the event. That's 14 more crystals that would only account for 100 points since they would be free.
For the community- It's always fine to disagree with an event. It's fine to complain. Its fine to want to have your voice heard but the amount of toxicity coming from these posts and comments are not the way to get something done. You want better communication from Kabam, we should try and do the same. There are ways to make your complaints heard without resorting to the way we're currently doing it. There's so much misinformation going around, it's crazy. There are threats being made and so many insults. Everyone gets an opinion. There are people happy with the event so let them be happy. It's ok to disagree with them but stop calling those people "Kabam plants". As well as those who enjoyed the event, don't tell others to stop complaining. They have the right to do so.
Are 59:45 mark of the live stream kabam crashed said buying from the play store would give us direct bonus points into the banquet event and that was no where to be found
The SBCs are a good advertisement for TB to get Valiant. The SBCs is basically a prelude to what is in a free daily valiant crystal. I've gotten full 7*, full T6cc and more 7* shards from the daily crystal than this terrible SBC.
I duped r3 juggs, got Deadpool vex force and rintrah… only took 60 crystals opened… trash… then bought the 10 crystal pack and finally got a little luck… disappointing…
