We are aware that the Twitch Drops campaign started late and that as a result most players did not receive most, or any, of the drops. We will make it right, and are currently looking into the possible options, please stay tuned.

Correct rewards in function of units spending per example for valiant players add more in milestone :
5K units spent : 1 7* crystal + 5000 titan
10K units spent : 2 7* + R3 level up 7*
15K units : 2 Titan + 2 R2 stone
18K : 2 R3 level up + 2 7* Nexus
20K : 1 Titan Nexus + 2 R2 stone + 2 7* Select
24K : 1 Titan + 2 7* Nexus + 3 Alfa4
28K : 1 Titan Nexus + 2 R3 stones
32K : 2 7* Nexus + 2 R2 stone + 2 7* Select
36K : 1 Titan + 2 R3 stone + 3 Alfa4 + …
40K : 1 Titan nexus + 2 R3 stones
…
After people want to spend more , and it is the 10th big anniversary of this game , you should do better .
Of course you will always have people that are unreasonably upset and ranting. Those of us with a brain can tune that out, and Kabam certainly will to. However, I think people that are upset are totally with their rights to be!
We were promised an event that is severely lacking from what they communicated to us. People spent money based on what was communicated to us, and the result was terrible. When money is involved, people will be more angry than normal.
Those days are gone...
I'm sure I can't be the only collector in the contest!!!
Banquet crystals are equivalent to path rewards in quests.
Alliance/Solo/Realm are equivalent to chapter rewards.
Banquet crystals weren't meant to be the only sources of everything earned in the event but that's all anyone can talk about. Again, yes there could be improvements but we can't just focus on them like they are the only thing we get.
However, the main way we interact with this event is through the crystals. Open/buy crystals = more points. This means that in order access the best part of the event, we have to slog through filler rewards to access them. And to get the crystals we have to spend the most valuable currency in the game: Units or cash. That just doesn’t feel great whatsoever.
I think we agree, we’re just on slightly different parts of the spectrum 😅.
It's good to have moved the rewards to the stages, but that implies having the units... But not everyone has them!
Admittedly, the crystals are random, but we had a chance of getting them. Nothing here!
Some people have been saving up for months for this event, and they find themselves short-changed by your new system.
Crystals are expensive for the small rewards we get.
You write that you're listening to us, but we want better rewards and recognition from you!
For your 10th anniversary, you should have made this event a magical moment for summoners, but as I write this message, we're a long way from that, and apart from the players who have a hefty budget for the game, the others have only one desire: to spend nothing more on the game.
Don't forget: to get new players to spend money on your game, you've got to lure them in, and then you've got them running away!
The game won't make it to the age of 15 if you don't put things right.
I understand you need to make money. I have no problem spending if it’s a good ROI for me. This was not. To put it kindly. In life we have one boss, that is the consumer. They can fire you by spending their time and money in other places.
You set up the goal post for this event. Brought excitement. Gifted 10 free 7*. Then when the curtains opened. The goal post was moved and all of us missed out on a historically amazing event.
You’re releasing r4 gems now. A great idea for valiant/veterans would be a 7* champ selector of any champ in the pool over the last 10 years. A r3 gem, class awakening gem, class sig gems. Allow us on this glorious milestone to be able to pick a champ we always wanted/awaken.
For TB/Paragon you can do a champ selector and rank 1-2 gem.
Cav and under 6*
Sometimes it’s worth spoiling the community every blue moon. It builds rapport, trust, excitement, and highlights celebration. This can be for the 10 year anniversary alone.
But you need to listen to the community. Hear us out. I watched damn epic whale open 400 crystals (thousands of dollars) and it was very lackluster results. It made me stop spending realizing it wasn’t worth the RNG.
Make offers that excite us to spend. Reward our loyalty of 10 years. Hype us up for the future. Take care of your community.
Much love.
But we need to do better.
Create a crystal that doesn't have what's perceived as filler by the community and give the people who felt shafted something better than what we frequently get for free in crystals. And they don't even have to be 7r4 mats, more 7* shards, titan shards, 6* relic shards maybe, don't see ANY relic shards at all in this event; Why give us items we already get in abundance and think we'd be elated? 7* sigs are great, but not at 1 for 300 units. We get that offer sometimes to double up on the daily super rewards and hardly anyone buys that, because it's not something that provides value for the units spent.
You don't have to provide mats that will further progress the game into 7r4 territory to satisfy the community is my point. There are plenty of ways to offer compensation that wouldn't widen the gap between the top and the rest, while still giving everyone value for their money/units.
Someone suggested that an easier solution would be to provide a free SBC for every two SBC opened, and that would be the easiest solution, as it effectively puts the value of the SBC at 200 units. Personally, I'd prefer an SBC that isn't 83% filler as perceived by most of us who are higher end valiants.
When I view the SBC, this is my perception: most of it is filler and very few pulls didn't result in crippling disappointment.
You guys hyped up the event.
You made sly little comments poking fun at us asking for details in the days leading up to it.
You made the comment that this event has met your goals.
Did your goals also include player disengagement, lack of trust, and a stoppage of spending?
Cuz you nailed that in my house.
But I think they should have an opportunity to respond to our feedback before we blow up their spot.
