Unable to send accolades to friends outside alliance?

Anyone else can’t send accolades to friends outside your alliance? I’m trying to help a friend get a title but I keep getting this error message, and I know in the in game mail it said you can send them to friends.

Maybe the RECEIVER (your friend) also has to be CONQUEROR or above too ??

Probably the whole system of Accolades, whether sending or receiving, is required to be Conqueror in order to do stuff with them.

I’ll bet anyone not yet Conqueror does NOT have those Solo Objectives in which to earn the Profile Pic or Title.
So the game does not let you send Accolades to them, since they would be useless.

(the only non-useless aspect might be if you have NOBODY ELSE in which to send Accolades, because everyone you know is not yet Conqueror, only you are)

Although my suspicion about needing to be Conqueror as a recipient probably still stands, even for people in your own alliance (?)
(if anyone has alt accounts in really low but active alliances)

I experienced the same thing as MrSakuragi.
Besides that, I found all the received gifts from 6 team mates were missing after I claimed them. I was told that none were available.

It doesn’t add them to your inventory. It counts them on the individual milestone trackers toward progress to earn profile pics and titles.
