Does removing realm requirements help fix this?

I know it’s controversial and might hurt if you’re a top spender but does removing the contribution requirement help ease the pain of this years failed events? (Not sure if there would be some mechanic to tie rewards to progression or if they already are?)

This would be like #50 on the list of things I’d do to suggest fixing this banquet. Would it help? Maybe but probably not. But even if it did there’s no reason to do this over dozens of other potential solutions.

There’s better option like nemesis stated, fix the drop rates, refund everyone, release a promo code that gives sbc, give a calendar, and def rethink whatever they are cooking in that money offer.

this way, we get sbc as comp, and our units back. The only problem is the points, as they can’t refund everyone’s points, as everyone has contributed different amounts, they can restart the whole event but that would bring so many problems for the realm event that it would be crazy.

I just can’t see Kabam ever coming close to refunding players for this. I think a promo code is inevitable but even then will be probably 5 SBC and they probably won’t even address the drop rates before giving them away.

No… clearly this is an attempt to get people who haven’t pushed milestone minimums in the realm to contribute more rather than push the whales that already hit it.

This tells me most whales probably are gonna tap out on this pathetic crystal because the value is so poor so the team is trying to get others to engage as there is value if all realm events come through. If they don’t this will end up as the worst flop since 12.0

I do imagine there was frantic shareholder zoom call this morning when they realised the superior banquet event wasn’t pulling in anything near their forecasts.

Removing it would remove the point of even trying during realm events.
