Didn't get 7* Isophyne Got 6*

I'm Thronebreaker and got a 6* version of Isophyne instead of the 7* version. I got 6*'s the rest of the days and was looking forward to it!! I can't open a ticket because I don't have access to the email I set up my mcoc or original kabam account with. What do I do about this?

    Did you become throne breaker after calendar started?

    You have 6 stars rest of the days? Then it’s right that you have the 6 star version of Isophyne.

    Before, and when the calendar first appeared it showed that I was going to receive a 7* Isophyne, but when i logged in to claim it out was a 6*

    Ah you are right. Did you try clicking the wheel at top left corner in your game main menu screen? That is another way to bring you to support for help

    But you really didn’t answer whether or not you had just recently moved up from CAV to TB ?

    It might be, that because the calendar was missing/bugged by a day at the beginning (and then a small portion actually had it missing for another 2 days after that), that your STARTING POINT was actually when the calendar SHOULD HAVE first dropped.

    So, did you become TB after the calendar should have started, even though by the time it was fixed and people got their Spider-Man Comp, you had become TB around that time ?

    Yes i did just move up from Cav to TB around this time but it was in time for the event. When the calendar showed up there was a 7* Isophyne showing. I believe I became TB the night before the 10th anniversary so I could get as many upgraded rewards as possible. I was grinding as much as possible to get there 😆
