One more thing.the box system is also terrible imo because the only way to dupe any of these is to 1.use the only event awakening gem 2.waste a gem that can be used on someone better or 3.draw 17 million superior banquet crystals to get all 6 champions plus another one to get a random dupe. At least with the gifted guardians/omega days crystals you had a chance of getting a needed dupe

We wanted to move more of the rewards to the milestones, while keeping 7-star relevant rewards in the crystals as you build up your tracks in the various milestones between solo and alliance-based events. Our intention was to improve the experience over last year's event, and feel we have succeeded in that goal.
That being said, we want to make sure the game team sees and hears you, so please leave your constructive feedback on what you’d like to see changed.
You guys can still fix this by doing something like this: 1. Update the drop rates of SBC's to give out more useful rewards. (IMO having a paragon crystal which gives out 4 star character also doesn't make sense when I am buying an SBC for 300 units, minimum characters should be at least a 6 star) 2. Give out 10 free SBC's to all the players as compensation, this way those who have already reach their target for banquet can still pull some good rewards
Next Year 2025 our alliance will not spend on banquet and will spend on Cyber weekend. The deals are better for Cyber and we will know we are getting vs banquet. 1% of everything lol. Kabamed by Kabam

At this point not fixable only thing they can do open realm event for everyone because they said crystals suck because of event milestones that means milestones has our stolen rewards imo
I feel just like many others absolutely cheated and a victim of an extremely predatory business behaviour. To be honest i dont care that i didt get 7* champs. Its not my aim anyways... I am just extremely dissapointed that in return for all the time and energy invested to farm Units i really didnt get anything... The daily super event is more rewarding at this point than the entire Banquet event. Te drop rates are so bad and low in GREATER BANQUET CRYSTALS that i couldnt even get a 6* AWAKENING GEM... I was waiting and grinding for 1 year to awaken some champions... And i cant. There is no 6* AW GEM between the milestones either... Im just tired. I only got fillers ( bad luck ? ) from the banquet crystals. This entire event was so unrewarding and underwhelming for me that i just simply dont want to play the game anymore. There is no motivation left only sadness and dissapointment since i know that i dont gonna be rewarded for my efforts.
Kabam! You gotta do thing better to make for this massive let down. I’m a valiant player and I get far better rewards from the free variant crystal. Just like so many In this post that have been let down it’s time for Kabam to set up. You guys promised us this wouldn’t happen on live stream and yet it did. You cannot fix this massive f-up with 3 7*’s especially when 7*’s are so easy to get for players like me. I took 167th last in the rank rewards. I’m not even going to try this year because the massive let down. The crystal just plain suck!
I’m going to bring up another pain point for players. Those of us who were told by building up the envelopes and turning in tokens we were getting a head start on banquet. Ok well we’re getting a start on points. No we come to find out that instead of full points for real money we get a measly 100 points. Take me for example. I had 20 she to start from banquet bundles. Take away the 129 and round up to 130. Each sbc we pre bought by buying dailies cost us 10 tickets. 10 tickets by dailies is $50. So 7x$50 I spent $350 dollars over 3 months thinking I was getting full points to only get 2000 points instead of 8000. So paid in real money I spent $350 over 3 months for 700 points. I’m not even counting the 129 free envelopes. That hurts and a lot of people don’t factor in those of us who tried preparing before hand only to feel like I’m at a Diddy party. Top that on top of all the other problems and it has been horrible all the way around. So for the guys buying the 50 dollar bundles for 10 sbc think of those of us who dropped 50 dollars for one sbc and only getting 100 points. I lump that into false advertising and should go back and request a refund for every daily deal. That’s deceptive business practice. We should have been made aware that we would not get full points for buying ahead of time when advertised. Those of us who bought the dailies and other deals just for envelopes are even farther down on points because we thought we were preparing ahead of time. Boycott 2.0 has to happen. STOP SPENDING AND LEAVE 1 STAR REVIEWS IN THE APP STORES.
Honestly does it even matter at this point? Yes u guys added a couple 7*, BUT that only makes up like maybe 30-40% (at BEST) of the actual issue!!! U guys still missing the whole dam point. After last years complete debaucle?? U follow it with better rewards, but being 1yr later?? Not really! Add on top this is the 10yr blowout extravaganza?!?! Seems like might be even worse than last year?? Not only possible, but highly PROBABLE!!! Even with added 7*. 15k units spent for 60-70% trash on SBC

Worse than crystals being trash?!?! They added stuff to milestones that’s most players won’t even reach because crystals are so DAM BAD!!! The guys on the twitch stream specifically said these superior crystals would be greatly improved. A lot less filler, you all openly sold that angle on that stream. Now your saying those crystals were not meant to be good? I’m just confused and very disappointed. Some of you may have saved up, I don’t have that luxury because of time restrictions so I purchased the 4 crystal bundles for nearly 200 quid on the promise of much improved drops. It was a step backwards from last year.

But after I added up all the rewards across the solo, alliance, and realm milestones, what you get for less than 15k units are way better than anything offered before. If the realm event hits milestone 28 (the minimum 20088 points) and you achieve 20088 points, the rewards are incredible: -60,000 7 star shards -3 Glorious Guardians 7 stars -7 star Awakening gem crystal worth of shards -Enough Rank up material for 2 7* Rank 3 -2 7* rank 2 to rank 3 gems -1 Ascension -5000 Titan shards
Plus they even added 2 7 star crystals and a 7 Star Nexus, after all the complaints. These are just from the milestones, so anything I get from the SBCs are just a bonus.
Tell me where else have you seen this much rewards. I came out of the last cyber week spending more units (20k) and got less rewards. I have always spent my money and units during cyber week. But the fact that these rewards are guaranteed for less than 15k units, makes this a great value. I'm in the minority of my opinion of this event, but damn Kabam did a great job. Yes the SGCs could have better odds, but banquet crystals always had bad odds. They even made the Crystal better, by adding Superior Banquet Crystals, with less trash and more high chase rewards. My main problem with past banquet events was the huge RNG and low guaranteed value. Kabam actually listened and improved drastically on the guarantee values. Last year a 300 unit greater banquet crystal would get me 2 tier 5 basics or 4k 6 star shards. Where was all this drop rate hate last year? They removed most of the trash drop items from the crystals.
This is the best banquet/gifting event that Kabam did so far.

But still, the numbers don't lie. Do the math for the milestones. Just a reminder of last year's crystal: I remember the utter disgust of getting 6 star shards or Tier 2 alphas.
Dude first of all you tell me to learn how to read but you admit your typo in the next line (fair play to admitting that, but then spare me the "learn how to read" lol because I read what you wrote). That said, I opened something like 60 crystals and got 0 titan shards and 3k 7s shards. It's crazy to say it but I think if I opened last year's crystals I would get more 7s shards by duping 6 stars I would get from the banquet crystals. Tier 2 alpha last year was **** of course but I have to say that 5700 t6 cc fragments is pretty much the same stuff. There was no need to have such minuscule amount of highly common resource materials in the SUPERIOR BANQUET CRYSTALS that should improve our experience bla bla. Saying there is not stuff about 6s champs but then you get little crumbs of what has now become a common resource for 300 units? Seriously? Something I can get with 200 glory? Also there are t5cc which they drop 2 of them and that's not bad per se (you do need them) but 2 of them? 300 units? You don't seem to understand that the major issue here is the filler material having a crazy high drop rate (and dropping ridiculously low amount of it, at that) while the chase items have a super low drop rate and even the most common among chase items (should be 7s shards) most likely drop a miniscule amount (if they even appear). Do you understand what it means to open 60 crystals and get only 2 times the lowest drop of 7s shards? It takes 15000 shards and I got 3k. That means I should multiply the opened crystals by 5 times to get 15k with my luck. LOL. So if I open 300 crystals maybe I form a 7s yay. 300 crystals, 300 units each... that's just 90k units or approximately 29 odins... that makes so much sense! I understand luck is involved in the process but kabam made sure that these crystals would only drop filler materials (in really low amount of it, at that) and only super rarely the chase items (even 7s shards are most likely only dropping a tenth of a crystal if they even drop at all). Where's the good in that? I don't look forward to opening a single crystal, I just try to open just enough to cover the milestones that's all. I remember a couple years back (maybe 3 years?) when 6s awakening gems were the biggest chase item (except for trophy champs) and I was opening every crystal with the hope of getting them. And I did get a couple ones. And some lucky alliance mates got more of them too! And we were all super excited and that made the event enjoyable. Because there was excitement and joy. Of course you would get filler materials, but you would also get what you wanted. 6s nexus, 6s abyss nexus, awakening gems... those were the chase items and you would actually get some!!! This SUPERIOR banquet crystals sucks because of the drop rates and the amount of resources that's for some reason absurdly low. They keep throwing at us the phrase "game economy" but they don't mind it much when they put all the chase items in the odins!!! They say awakening gems should not be awarded for spending but last cyber weekend you could get 2 awakening gems by opening your wallet!!! I think it was 2500 shards in each odin ? Then there was the one if you bought the entire store. So what did they do for banquet? They made it super mega low drop rate for ag fragments and made the drop be 500 shards. It takes 20 of those 1% drops to get an awakening gem. Probabilty says that you can get 1/20th of an awakening gem every 100 crystals opened. So multiply 100 crystals by 20 and that means 2000. Yeah that's your great calculations for you. If you open 2000 superior banquet crystals maybe you have the chance of collecting the 10k shards it takes to form a 7s awakening gem. 2000 crystals, 300 units each... 600000 units spent... 193 odins. And there is still luck involved in the process, since probability is one thing and reality is a different thing. A coin flip has 50% chance to be heads or tails but it doesn't mean that out of 100 tosses you get 50-50. It could be 100 times heads or 100 times tails that's how probability works. So then please tell me how according to your calculations the value of the superior banquet crystals makes sense. Like I said with cyber weekend 4 odins = 1 awakening gem. With GRAND BANQUET 193 odins MAYBE you get to form an awakening gem. That's your calculations for you yeah. And yeah you get a cheap one from the milestones (if we even reach that far in realm) but that's all you just feel empty because you don't get what you wish to get. That's what they accomplished with the structure of this event.
And a realm event isn't a realm event if smaller summoner can't benefit from thé bigger ones, it's a solo event. And it's even worst than that, the majority of the small ones help the biggest ones to reach the big milestones but get nothing. Not exactly the spirit of this Time of the year or of a ten year celebration 🤷
There 's nothing wrong in making a spending event, we all understand that but don't make it part of your 10 years célébration, don't make it the main focus of it and don't overhyped it for month when it's even Bad for spenders. Majority of your playerbase don't have 15k units to invest one month after cyber week, you should know that.

On a positive note, we now can hoard our daily valiant cristal and do a grand banquet opening of our own when we want. Grand banquet opening everywhere for everyone whenever you want " yeah baby, yeah !"😁
The sad part of this post is, if I actually would do this and save 30 of them.... I would probably have a better opening than I did with this not so grand event......
When I first made valiant I saved my first 100 dailies. my opening was far better than the 100+ SBCs I opened for this event and didn't cost me 24k units.
You know the more time that passes the more frustrating I find the declared drop rates… you guys clearly hid the football here (sorry Vega the analogy was too good not to steal).
You declare it’s a 32.26% chance to get T6cc frags, but what you don’t tell us is the chance within the chance to get a meaningful amount. Is it weighed equally or are lower quantities more heavily weighted?
If I have to guess it’s the later, because in game it says 10% chance to get sig stones, but thanks to Cat we can see its weighted to give you the lowest number 65% if the time… something that’s not posted in game.
The same problem exists for crystal shards. In game you advertise a 13.55% chance to get shards but then don’t disclose the probability of getting 1.5k vs the other amounts… which again seems like you guys favored at a rate of 65-80% over other quantities.
And we see this non disclosure of actual pull chances in the Titan Shards as well.
This event is full of hidden traps for players… and it’s really disappointing. I have to question if this hiding of drop rates is even allowable in these blind box crystals?
