Hello Kabam, I'll try to be brief. Great work on everything so far. I love your content and am really enjoying the banquet season. Terrific work. But I have ran into an issue. On 12/23/24 around 10:05Am I made a purchase of the Lvl up Units progression order. I am already a lvl 60 player in the game. I assumed the purchase would give me the units for the already obtained lvls I had achieved in the past. But it did not. I am confused. Does this purchase not give the lvl up? or an I already pasted the lvl up and would need to lvl up higher in order to receive the lvl up going forward? I am just confused on the purchase. When I went back to read the purchase details the Item was not available anymore. This is not about money. I do not care about the expense all I am asking if for clarification. What do you think may have occured? I am asking Kabam Staff but I am open to other Players input of what they think may have happen or if this has happen to you. Can anyone hear me?

    You very likely purchased the offer that gives you 10k units - it’s spread throughout leveling up from levels 61 through 70. Nothing is given right away.
