BS update. If you bought Banquet crystals 3 days ago, you got banquet crystals. Now if you buy them as a valiant, you get a key as well, guaranteeing a 7* champion. Total BS Kabam.
Is what I did. I bought my superior banquet crystals on the 20th so no key for me wich a lot others also did.

It's truly wild that Thronebreaker, Paragon, and Valiant were all roped together for this.
They could've had the same exact items in the crystal for each level, just with the % possibility distributed differently depending on what title you were.
So for example, in the graphic, if you have a .1% chance of drawing a full titan, that could be the percentage for Thronebreaker. For Paragon, they could have a .3% chance, and for Valiant a .6% chance.
Items like Banquet key, Awakening gem shards, 7 star nexus, full T4A, Jessica, and champ selector go up in percentage chance, while items like T6B shards, T3A shards, low drop rates of T6CC, and good lord freaking T5CC go down.
I mean, the entire crystal is terribly executed and a joke, but distributing the probably differently for the titles would've done a lot to not have us in this 31-page and going catastrophe (it probably would've only been 16 pages at that point lol).
No and we probably won't. Most of Kabam will be on break and the ones that aren't can't do anything. They are hoping the xmas gift makes this all go away.

Kabam have now added a new bundle on the web store, which is the same price + a banquet key - so those who have already spent money, have missed out on a key. This is a good way to make those - who have already spent - happy.. lol

No, the purpose was to get the attention of the game team. Which succeeded. Then when they were already communicating, the people still pushing it had such unrealistic expectations that they defeated their own purpose. You aren't the only one that was here then.

It seems that an executive got greedy at the finish line, ignoring all warnings from the staff. A blunt reminder for that short-sighted decision-maker:
