Jeez that’s awful for $50! I know you get a 7* guaranteed but are any of those reworked champs worth real money? So far I’ve only used units I’ve been able to collect the last few months. I spent some money to get those units but not even tempted to spend another penny since I’ve reached the Isophyne threshold.

be happy, I bought my bundle before they were giving away keys so I spent 50 bucks on basically 12 crystals and now I don't even have an option to buy the new one with the key.

These superior crystals are the biggest in game disappointment for me so far if it wasn’t for the milestones this event would have been the biggest waste of time and units that I have ever experienced on this game
I dont understand why the personal milestones are capped so low. At top milestone being 20k points, that is just buying and opening 50 superior banquet crystals. Wasnt this the event people were waiting for all year long and accumulating Units and Tickets? The rewards are capped so low with trash rewards as well.
Heres to show some Superior Banquet Crystal rates too. Ive opened at least 166 Superior Banquet Crystals and I’ve only gotten 1 7* Nexus Crystal and thankfully a 7* Trophy Champion Selector. The rest are just pure fragments and catalysts. I am happy with the gold I am receiving and so is the community in general, that was a good job done on your guys end.

Yeah there’s no reason for 300 units crystals to have such horrible value. Christmas is about giving and kabam said heck no we ain’t giving you guys jack bleep
Kabam will never learn. Every content creator and the 100’s of forum commenters here said they felt what the *already* spent hadn’t earned them a sufficient return on investment…so Kabam’s response is basically “spend more and we’ll make it up to you.”
The track had stagnated below the 15,840 milestone because everyone was dissatisfied with the event because the rewards and drops sucked. So what did they do? Add 3 7* crystal to the milestones 15,840 and above to encourage people to spend more - instead of actually addressing the fact that so far in the 1st 22 milestones people felt they had been shafted.
Maybe lower the contribution points for community event milestones? The alliance one is like 7k for all milestones, why is the community one like 18k for the same progression you get for 7k in alliance. I get the solo rewards are always 20k+ but feels wrong to have a group based score with such a high price tag
If you look at what was given in the month, it was great. Problem came in how it was given. The event itself is the end of year gamble. Players want the excitement of opening up the crystals and defying the odds and getting something amazing for 300 units. Thing is, to encourage this, the items should have at least 100 units worth of stuff in them.
The Xmas present now won't be enough to save the event as there is too much bad blood from the original event. Even if the free champs were given as milestones in the realm event instead of calendar that would have been good.
Also, economy wise to save that, crystals should have 7 star shards, crystals and mats which would get rank 3s, with a tiny bit of rank 4 stuff. Enough so that if you opened hundreds of crystals, you could get one. That way there wouldn't be anyone going too far ahead from just crystals. The whales would get the R4 stuff from the rank rewards and all would be good.
Also, next time rewards are looked at, look at what we get for free (e.g. daily crystal) and low unit spend (e.g. 100 7 star shards for 10 units). That should help with how things should be priced and align expectations.
Finally, going if you can't change it now then I'd understand, but realm events need to scrap the caps. Everyone contributes and everyone should benefit. Those that benefit the most get the rank rewards. It's a bit like AW, whether you do one fight or ten, you get end of war rewards. If you do minimum wars you still get full end of season rewards. You can adjust the rewards accordingly but make it a real community event for everyone to benefit from.
I don’t know about yall but I am loving the banquet event this year pretty much got what I needed from the crystal's and looking forward to getting more.

The gift really was great. There was so much guaranteed value in the overall month.
Just I think the team under estimated how much the gambling with the RNG to get more relevant and exciting things mattered to us all.
I also think they under estimated just how poor it felt to open SBCs that on average paid out the same or worse than a valiant daily crystal.
The SBC opening experience maybe be one of the least pleasant experiences in my career playing this game. I hope they take the feedback to heart. It’d still be a nice olive branch to offer up some free crystals to folks based on how many they bought, but it seems like the gift might be doubling as a form of compensation.
In any case the gift really was surprisingly generous so thank you and merry Xmas.
