Can’t find any info about Beta or Jack’s awakened ability

Sorry folks… I got a not ideal Titan Nexus options, and I can’t find any info online about Beta Ray Bill or Jack O Lantern’s awakened abilities so I’m coming here to ask. Who should I pick?
