As for R3 Sig 200, I havd none, only got a few R3 none at max sig.

As for the sig 200 part, also none, but well at the rate of my RNG luck, it is most likely will be Hawkeye

I recommend stopping at 180. For whatever reason duping a 7* at sig 200 does nothing.

There’s some in story, some in aoa, super event, and there’s a lot of events that randomly give them out.
