Mystic awakening gem + sig stones Dilemma

I have pulled a Mystic awakening gem from the banquet and I don't know if I should hold it or just use it right now. I also have about 90 generic signature stones expiring so that is another reason to wonder if I should use it alongside the sig stones. I love Chavez but I don't know if she is worth awakening and putting sigs into her. Quite similar with Shatra. Do you have any suggestions on what to do with the awakening gem and the signiture stones?

    Doesn't it just give her an additional spell? I find her very slow on attack even in long-form content...

    Yeah using that spell first gives you greater power steal.
    She is slow, but I enjoy using her. She is a R3 tho so I probs see greater damage from her.

    Yes and no. It gives her access to her charm spell outside of her SP3. This makes her power drain and other effects more potent, so more specials and a faster ramp. While it significantly improves her as an attacker, it doesn't necessarily bring her into a high level tier of attacker.

    I'd say go shathra, good regen in questing, extra damage for bgs and she's super fun and unique, can't go wrong with her imo

    Bro, Juggs. Doesn’t need a lot of stones but give him the gem, IMO. Chavez benefits from being awakened but she also shreds without it…

    (I know nothing about bug lady, so might be missing something there.)

    I awakened shathra, took her to 180 sigs.
