I Like Sentry

In spite of all of the hate, the Sentry buff is cool as heck. Even partially ramped, he's an absolute house, and the utility in his kit is relevant against a lot of nodes/champions - namely the unstoppable counter and wither. His Regen is very potent, and copying it into a passive can get him from 50% to 100% in a single sp3 with 20 bulwarks active.... Speaking of bulwark: he's nice and tanky, which I appreciate. The luke cage-esq indestructible on his awakened ability further adds to his tankiness for longform content. Big win.
I very much want to awaken him and take him to r3, I do. I don't care that he's not suited for BGs. He's definitely good for general questing, and I think he has strong potential for long form content. We have already seen some videos of Sentry solo'ing as many as 11 Necro fights.
My chief complaint about this buff is that his early ramp is a bit clunky in the longest content (eg necropolis), and a little slow for mid-length content. I think that the heavy-stun should be included at 0 reality warps, and the debuff refresh should sit at 1 warp. Furthermore, I think it'd be cool if he was able to stack precisions (up to 10? 20?) from the dexterity mastery during brilliant might.
Given that he's basically limited to relying on dex and heavies to complete his ramp-up rotation, I think that quickly connecting heavy attacks without relying on parry is too important to his rotation to need to wait until 6 charges, and I don't really think it would break anything. I would even gladly trade his sp2 furies for this improvement, since his damage is already extraordinary without them.
My simple proposal:
Heavy-stun after medium starting at 0 warps.
Refresh debuffs on heavy at 1 warp.
Stacking precision from dexterity.
Furies gained when completing rotation (leaving brilliant might) starting at 6 warps (this would replace the current furies on sp2).
