Power man is 100 percent mystic bro he gets his power from absorbing mystical energy. That is the newer power man not luke cage power man. This new guy gets chi power from mystical artifacts,e.g white tiger amulet would give him a crazy power boost

I really like the focus on more street level characters. I'd be happy with most of them, to be honest.

Depending on how the voting choices work out, I'll probably go for Daredevil Elektra and Echo as first choices, with Hellcat and Colleen Wing as backups.

Hellcat could be mystic, she has some mystic abilities in the comics. Power Man is, as J said, based around using chi like Iron Fist does, so mystic. Hunter's Moon would be skill. Colleen Wing has chi-manipulation and healing abilities, so also possible mystic. Echo skill. DD/E skill. Shroud can manipulate the Darkforce, so mystic.

Elektra as Daredevil is pretty much just that, Echo is one we're assumingly aware of with being a deaf person with a missing leg who can fight (who can talk in her Phoenix Song run? Yes she held the Phoenix Force), Hellcat is another street level hero who can use magic I think??? I know her claws can detach to grapple and stuff, Colleen Wing is just a badass with a sword and the Daughter of a Dragon second to Misty Knight who they buddy cop with usually, Mr Knight is Moon Knight but again and Prodigy is a tech wiz/genuine genius and was a romantic partner to Speed of the Young Avengers with him being in that team?

I believe echo only has 1 leg in the mcu

They're not all Daredevil villains though are they. They selected these champions because they had ideas for how they wanted them to be, saying there were better options means nothing when for all we know this champion would be coming with one of these better choices
