Sentinel relic incinerate pause

When i use my ironheart with the sentinel relic for whatever reason the incinerate pauses dont work, they work for a split second when they activate but when the timmer for them to fall of starts the incinerates begin falling of again eventhough i can see that the pause is still on my opponent and the pauses are supposed to work for 3.5 seconds. Idk if this works with any other champ or if it is just ironheart. Btw my sentinel relic is unduped and is a 5 star not upgraded, my ironheart is a 7 star unduped rank 2
