Red Skull has definitely lost some value with Medusa/Scream on top of all his other counters

Sparky has a like 10-15 s rampup but hits hard

Jack counters pesky mutants and can do Onslaught 100%

Shocker is dual use and at high sig even better on attack

Prowler you might be wondering why I included, but at s200 he becomes a whole new champ I've heard , and worthy of including in the discussion

    I could be biased here and vote shocker, but starky literally is a cheatcode. The amount of defenders he can cheese in 35 seconds is large, literally makes 90% of meta defenders a joke in any vanilla meta

    Thing is unlike shocker, jack and maybe prowler hes not reliable for Onslaught as he takes a lot of damage from the neuros since hes metal

    Other than maestro and serpent he nukes anyone (also not the most reliable for domino)

    Enchantress, bullseye, onslaught (yes he takes neuro but he kills him fast), and pretty much anyone else

    I have Skull, Sparky, and Prowler at r3. Skull doesn’t get as much use from me nowadays (but he’s still great). Prowler is goated at sig 200, he takes everything else that I don’t use sparky for

    He kills in 35 secs and 85% + health. Definitely not a lot of health. Wayy better than most counters.

    Punisher is always in my deck. Once overdrive is up, it's basically game over. Great power control and hits hard. Sentinel has been great on defense if you have him.

    Either shocker or starky. Starky is more versatile but shocker is a tad faster if decent sig and is a solid enough defender as well.

    It's definitely Meta dependant. Red skull is premiere this season on offense. Jack is finishing fights sub 30 sec. Peni and G2099 are the most pesky defenders this Meta.
