I mean, champs who are considered totally useless aren't being released as 7*s without being buffed and there's a high chance that KK will be buffed because she's one of the candidates of the Summoner's choice reworks

Correction. They haven't released terribly bad champs as 7* YET. I doubt they'll get around to buffing them all before they do.

7* OG Thanos and Red Deadpool are probably the closest (but they’re trophy champs)

PI is an important part on champ health because you will be on fight for more time.
