Problem with points in the alliance Banquet event

Hello everyone me and my alliance member have a problem with the points for the alliance banquet event not registering
We are 2 ppl in the alliance and we can't claim any of the milestones from the alliance banquet event even when we clearly have the points
Our alliance is almost 1 year old I'm the lider of the alliance and my friend is the officer we have accumulated some points for the event but non of the milestones are registering. I've used 2 support tickets to contact kabam but in return thay only sent me a response on how I can get points and nothing else.
Please help I don't know what else to do, we are small players and we need the rewards.

    Your alliance only has 5650 points. 6000 points is needed for the first milestone.

    That is the individual contribution needed. The milestone itself unlocks with 6000 points combined from alliance members.

    This is the alliance event. It is an event that gives rewards based on the amount of points the alliance itself scores. The big number is the number of points the alliance has to score to unlock that milestone reward. The little number below that is how many points each individual member needs to score to qualify for that reward, if the alliance actually earns it.

    For example, milestone one shows 6000 points required, with 400 points minimum listed below. That means the entire alliance needs to collectively score 6000 points to unlock that reward. If it doesn’t, no one can collect it. But separate from that, even if the alliance scores 6000 points to unlock it each individual member of the alliance must score at least 400 points to qualify for it. If some alliance members score 1000 and some score 200 and the alliance scores 6500 total, only the players that scored 1000 will get the reward. The players who only scored 200 will not have scored enough points to qualify for that milestone reward.

    Alliance events are balanced around alliances with many members all working together. That’s true in Alliance Quest, Alliance War, and in Alliance events. While a lot of alliance rewards can be earned by small alliances with very small numbers of players, you will always be at a significant disadvantage in many of them, because the whole point is to reward alliances with many players working together, or at least collectively.
