It sucks for the op as it is pretty nuts serpent didn't get a tune down and leader get a tune up. But it is a lesson to assume kabamla logic will make sense.
I am currently waiting on the arcade buff to decide if I want to take him up to rank 2 or above. I would suggest never spend those kind of rank up resources on a maybe.
