I got permanent banned for no reason

Hello , My account got banned for no reason .
am a 10 years player ! and i got purchase money for alot of units , don't think i would do something to harm my account !!

suddenly i open my account then i got permanent banned maybe cause i changed my phone and opened it !

I want an explanation please , cause i think that's unfair to make another account and start from ZERO .

Again i can't do anything to harm a 27k+ PI account and cost me alot of money !!!

I need someone to solve it please , Thank you !

    They can check am a 10 years player or not plus they can check why i got banned !! i hate cheaters as well , if am a hacker or something else i might fully exploration all necro with hack , you know what i mean of i could get a legend title from zone 25 if you remember !

    I spent alot of units just to get champions to help my ally ! dude i just mention if i got banned cause i changed my phone and open the account on it ! but it's simple they can check my ip zone !

    I am curious for this case too. I am using an Iphone and an android device. Will my account be banned one day ?

    I play on multiple devices. Occasionally open the app out of habit on one while autoplaying on the other without thinking. At no time has that resulted in a ban, temp or permanent.
    I can't remember if i was online on the old device or not but that's unfair for get a permanent banned maybe a day or 7 days to warn me !

    In forums, 699/700 threads made on bans, the user have been found cheating.

    I'm not jumping to any conclusions. But I'm curious. No user here knows what actually happened. If you did somthing or not. Nobody knows until some evidence pops up, or Crashed crash your dreams. Till then it's just another Ban thread for the 99% of the forum users.

    For this reason i posted this , Hope they talk to me asap

    Like it said i don't like cheaters cause i faced them alot in BGs and i got pissed trust me lol .

    And like i said i spent alot of money on this account so i won't harm it anyway .

    I think this might be legit ban that shouldn’t have been.

    You can't get banned for changing device,
    Did you buy those units elsewhere ?🤔,
    I don't know if those kind of stuff still exist

    No as long as its urs u can switch as i go on my 2 ipads and my phone mainly for that little earlier of an update and 1 ipad is on my alt for just autoing opening crystals daily stuff then my main ipad i do my main account but switch to alt for harder content

    Third party has an algorithm to ban cheaters.
    It’s not looked at by an actual person.

    Account is banned because of this algorithm you obviously haven’t vetted.

    Who is at fault here?

    Same for me but I used Android mostly to avoid battery drain on iPhone. Though I’m curious what OP may have done to get a perm ban instead of 7 days or a month. It sounds like there might be a gross violation.
