How do you beat Airwalker in Necropolis?

Also, I didn't learn this until my sixth time fighting him, but you want to block, not Dex, his specials.

Quit and solo him next time - much easier!
I backed out of my first run after learning that harsh reality. Are you doing an initial clear or carina challenge?

Honestly, Doom can solo him. I would recommend trying again, because otherwise he will be a huge pain in your backside, and he is early enough

One of my ally members took that path. They said you have to knock him down with heavies

What do you mean no skill, nothing you can do?
There's lots you can do. Heavy or specials to knock him down before he gains his galactic charge things.

I feel your pain, I screwed the pooch when I did my mutant carinas run and he became a revive sink because I wasn't backing out at that point either but to say there's "no skill, nothing you can do" is just straight up wrong.

You need to solo him, if you die more than twice the fight becomes impossible, you will go in, take at most 5% of his life and take SP3

honestly that fight is BS and extremely punishing when not doing a solo . Trying to make a user solo a necropolis fight is pretty cruel

Mr Sinister works a treat. Because with sinister you need to parry heavy a lot you constantly knock down Air Walker and thus avoid that monster regen…

Got him down with 1 revive with sinister, just block the end of his sp1 and keep knocking him down

Make sure to knock him down to reset the herald timer. Also, block specials I think?
