Unable to Claim Alliance Banquet Rewards

Can someone from Kabam please explain to me why I can’t claim my alliance rewards for the banquet event even though I’ve been in the alliance for the required amount of time and I put up the minimum points required to claim said rewards??

    Did you purchase and open stuff before the timer ran out, or did you wait until the timer expired?

    im having the same problem and i purchased stuff before but it still shows my points as counting towards the alliance

    It's a visual bug, and definitely not a good one. I do hope for the sake of some that Kabam does something about it, but I won't be surprised if they don't.
    It has been clearly communicated for the last 3 years of this event that anything done prior to the timer expiring will not count towards the alliance event. This year there is a visual bug showing points contributed, but the rules remain the same. If you did anything before, then it didn't contribute anything.

    Some have reported the rewards available once you pop another crystal after the timer expires

    Hi i have the same issue i have reached the minimum points required but unable to claim my rewards and its ending in few minutes spend so much money on this game. Can someone help me. Thank you

    The community hasn't yet reached that milestone. Looks like you claimed everything before, so you should have a good idea at this point of how it works.

    Honestly i didnt know i have only been playing for less than a month. Normally i just play and claim rewards i dont really pay attention on the points required. But thank you for the help :) happy new year
