He will never get buffed because kabam doesn't want good trophy champs cuz then people will be mad they don't have them. Trophy champs should only be trophies, not meta. That's why bar weapon x and jj all the trophy champs are bad. Even the deathless are mostly mid (bar deathless thanos)

Well, Kang with Apoc synergy is well above trophy champ level. 20 buffs = 24k mediums and 15k light attacks at R1, so he’s actually pretty good.
